I’ve been a customer for about two years now and today I had the worst experience ever. So lest week I placed and order and I let it cancel out because I seen something better that my sister and I could shear anyways again my 1st ordered canceled and I got my money back. So I placed the order that I wanted for pick up in the store (the one for my sister and I) it’s a Christmas gift get to the store gets my order with no problem I look in my box it’s the order I let cancel so I go back to the store with my email pulled up on my phone and it was a problem the lady at the door is telling me that’s what I ordered again I have my phone with the email pulled up in my hand. She then goes to say well I don’t know what happened I say you gave me the wrong charm she gets the manger and then whisper she’s trying to say I gave her the wrong charms I say I have the email right here what do I have to lie about lady the manager was even rudder when I have the proof . Natalie was very rude and no help at all. I wanted to even exchange something I brought a week ago. I could have easily return my purchase for my refund. She was no help at all, didn't want to show me any charms. Every new charm I asked about it was sold out. She took one charm out of the display at a time, she could have easily move the shelf around in the display so I could see the charms. As if she was hiding the charms. I'm no thief and i spend plenty of money at that store on jewelry for my daughters. If the other lady didn't help out I would have returned my $300 purchase. Retrain...

Patrick is AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of everything I was shopping for! He didn't rush me ... even though it was so close to closing. He also went above and beyond to find me two charms that were retired. He even bagged all of my charms and bracelets for each person ... all I have to do is enclose my cards with each one! I will definitely be doing my Pandora shopping at Monroeville ...
