-1 star because they ignore their phone as it rings off the hook, even if there are at least 2 staff up at the register NOT ACTIVELY waiting on a customer. When I asked a gentleman if he planned on picking up the phone as I was checking out, and told him that I was perfectly fine to wait, his response was "They're probably just calling about a Playstation 5 we don't have."
...bro, how do you know what they're calling about unless you do your job and answer the phone? I have been doing customer service the majority of my working adult life and other places would fire me for giving an answer like that. ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND AT LEAST PUT THEM ON HOLD.
-1 more star because the staff does ZERO TESTING TO SEE IF THE PRODUCTS WORK OR NOT. If Warp Zone, a tiny indie shop in Greensburg can do it, so can you guys. Stop reselling stuff that literally doesn't work. It's bad business. Yes, even if you do returns, that means that someone has to spend time, money and energy driving or otherwise getting back to your store to do a transaction that shouldn't be necessary.
+3 stars because the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful when you have questions, and the selection is really quite excellent. There are all kinds of gems hidden in places like this, and it's why I never want to see brick and mortar stores like this go away. (They won't if you fix customer service, homies!)
All of the staff have upbeat friendly personalities, but they really do need to learn when to stop talking to each other or put down what they're doing for 5 minutes to provide quality customer service. (I've seen multiple times when there are 2+ staff members chatting with each other about non-work related things as the lines are getting long or the phone just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing.)
Overall a great...

I went into this awesome store to buy original GameBoy and GameBoy Color games for my GameBoy Advance. I left with two games that are really good and not pricey in the slightest. But remember, this place sells used things, not new. A lot of games inside of the store are there for a reason other than needing money. The games could just not be good to begin with, and end up sold to an old game store for a reason, whether it be shovelware (licensed games cashing in on brands) or just a glitchy mess (like Sonic 2006). Every game you buy should be checked, both in quality of used good, and in quality of actual gameplay. I guess this is now a guide on how to buy used games.
Basically, this store has a very impressive catalogue of games, which you need to go through to find the real diamonds in the rough. I bought Pokemon Trading Card Game for GameBoy Color and Tetris 2 for GameBoy Color. Tetris 2 is rather fun, and is still in pristine condition now. Pokemon TCG is extremely fun, and I would recommend to anyone who likes the TCG. It is also in very good condition. Neither of my games have had gameplay irregularities that I can tell, and have worked every single time I've shoved them into the GBA slot. These games were also pretty affordable, though be aware that many Pokemon games are selling very...
Read moreI live here now. I have never known anything besides these four walls and this mountain of Funko Pops. I subsist by taking nibbles from Korn records and licking the condensation from the Windexed display windows.
We chose to trade in some DVDs and old video games and were told the wait would be “20-40 minutes.” After an hour and ten minutes of wandering the store and finally standing around, we watched the guy chat with customers and co-workers despite the fact that several co-workers were around and could have easily had these chatty conversations. I asked how much longer he would be and was told it would be another ten minutes I was thanked for my time.
I am currently at 1.5 hours and counting. I don’t know whether this will reach the outside world.
Update: After an hour and 40 minutes, we have cashed out. Were we lowballed? I don’t know. The Exchange works how it works and they need to make a profit. Part of the sacrifice you make for convenience is the lower price than you could potentially get on eBay.
The employee was kind and apologized, which I appreciate. I’m sure he isn’t a bad guy. But SIR! If you read this: boundaries. You can’t chat right now, X employee can help this customer. I promise it will be ok.
One star for the nice staff and another for them having a...
