Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center — Attraction in Montebello

Edit: I've been to the store since and it has changed my mind. The store has improved and no longer feels like lounge for scoundrels. I change the review from 1 to 4 stars. I will leave the previous review up: I like the store and I shop there frequently, I also rarely leave comments but there has been situations where I feel I have to. The hostility coming from the staff is rampant, as well as what I believe to be management running around all dominant like a pit bull was reason enough, I like to shop at Goodwill but I seriously never want to come back to this one. I don't feel I deserve to be treated like a criminal or to be looked at negatively especially when they have all manner of ruffians lingering inside the store. I noticed this Goodwill didn’t have any fitting rooms so I asked an associate and they said I can buy the clothes and try them on at home and return them. I go to the register and ask the cashier the same question just to make sure and they even mentioned that I could return the clothes to any goodwill within 14 days (which turns out it’s not just “any” goodwill. So the next week I bring back the clothes that didn't fit me and they tell me I can only exchange the clothes, not return them. Vary rude experance with the staff. I was donating my moms Christmas decorations.. I was never given the paper tax write off slip, and was told they don't do that anymore yet I had gotten one 3 days ago Then told to scan a qr code... Franky the code only maters if you want a 10% discount at the store ONLY... don't think the staff know this.
