*UPDATE:4/21/24 No one every contacted me again i guess they only respond to reviews for show. Please save your money and go to a place that you would actually get what you pay for. No one like to pay for insurance that they cant actually use. This place is a ripe off. *UPDATE: 4/15/24 Got an email asking what store and then nothing. SMH *UPDATE 4/10/24: I have now emailed will update once I get a response and see what they will say to response this issue. Kevin Jewelers ruined my wedding day. I kept telling myself not to post this and be the bigger person but I still get pissed off everytime I think of my wedding day. When we bought our rings we were sold insurance for a few hundred more and it came with a resizing. I made sure to ask the wait time on resizing because I was losing weight for the wedding. The lady told me to bring it in to the store and that they do it there within a week or 2. So I brought it in to the store before my wedding and they told me the insurance carrier no longer does it through the store I would have to mail it in and have them take care of it. I tried speaking to a live person and they told me they only correspond through email. I paid good money to them to get a resize when needed and I had to get married with a ring that was falling off every time I let my hand down even with a sizer on it, my pictures were so noticeable that people ask why I got my ring so big. Can you imagine sending thousands of dollars in jewelry through the mail to an unknown source. Yeah right! Kevin Jewelers employees just say there is nothing that they can do, how about honoring what you told me about resizing. Then they said they would charge $50 a ring to resize, I have 3 rings and I already paid for insurance that I could never use and you want me to pay extra on top of that. They try to say you are getting a deal but the headache and lies are not worth it I wish I would have bought elsewhere. **UPDATE 4/10/24: I have now emailed will update once I get a response and see what they will say to...

It's quite an overdue review but I have to write it anyways. Because this place is marvelous . They have such a beautiful selection. The prices are so much better than in other stores. But the best in all this is Marcy. She is such a beautiful soul, going out of her way to help you to choose a perfect item for the price to match your budget. We were so happy we met her when we were looking for the wedding rings and initially on our way to another store decided to step by Kevin. She were so genuinely happy for us, and helped us to choose wonderful rings that we are wearing now. Made sure we get the right size and resizing was fast. She showered us with beautiful words and blessings, that made all of us emotional. Part of my emotions was also because I couldn't believe that such kindness and genuineness is still existing. My husband and I are so happy and thankful that our rings carrying such an amazing energy, because we have got them in such a heartwarming soulful ambience. I went in today to check to see if you sell spacers for the rings that is where I bought my husband's wedding ring and we seen Lucy the salesperson there this morning she was so friendly so helpful that she told me that they didn't have any my husband had been putting tape around his ring and so she told me if I was willing to buy a new ring for my husband so my husband's been doing this for 6 years putting tape around it so she was so friendly that she helped me to buy my husband a new wedding ring there so I love the customer service there everybody was friendly and like I said I bought my husband a dream like 6 years ago there at the mall in Montebello so high five and I would like to thank Lucy again the...
