Had a pickup order and was sent to the end of the line and waited over 30 minutes to be told I was right where I first tried to pick it up. The girl and the register was rude( I didn’t catch her name) and when I told the manager Darryl she didn’t care and was also rude. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my order was confirmed. Horrible customer service and...

So apparently you HAVE to order outside even though you can walk right up to the restaurant inside 🤷‍♀️ ... and to top it off the other restaurants have TWO people outside one gets the food while the other takes orders and with walkie talkies... THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT SABARRO......
