The worst USPS in the US. The supervisor named Sheryl is very arrogant and disrespectful. This location usually cheat on their system, like they never try to deliver but on their system says they attempted to deliver, and request pick up, I picked up once before, and now they did it again, they are lazy, they don’t want to deliver, just want to the customer go to pickup for do their favor. And I requested redeliver by tomorrow, but later it shows request has been solved, and they can control the system, canceled my order against my will. That’s very ridiculous! How come the redeliver request is tomorrow, but the request has been solved before the deliver? The supervisor refuse to deliver after I requested redelivery, and they lied and put the customer doesn’t want the package on system, but I never said I don’t want it, I’ve just request redelivery. Amazon staff said because they belongs to the gov, so they are the boss, they can do anything they want, no one can control them or do anything to them. This location has very bad review, customer always get unfairly situation.

This post office is always busy, and every time you come to mail something, you will see a long queue. Because there are many Chinese in the area, there are many signs and announcements in Chinese language here, and there are always staff who can speak Chinese to provide services. It is very convenient for Chinese to mail here.

This office has come a LONG way. There were horribly long lines (still are but tolerable now) and just slow and exceptionally rude staff. One in particular who treated customers with disdain for large issues. But now they seem to have new staff and process work much better. Past 10 or so visits are done efficiently. Great job.

I receive my business mail in Monterey Park and the office mail boxes were vandalized so we had to go pick up our mail from the post office till we get new mailboxes on the premises. The day we were finally able to start receiving mail, the delivery guy named Jay Bryan was irritable and impatient. At one point, he actually told people to "go away". I decided to let his rudeness pass, that maybe he was having a bad day. Now, several weeks later, I walked in to pick up my mail and he walked in at the same time. When I greeted him, he looked at me and said "you know I just got here, right?". His blatant lack of respect has prompted me to post this review. I have also witnessed employees in supervisor positions at the Monterey Park office getting into verbal altercations with the paying public. I've been to other post offices like Diamond Bar where they know how to give good customer service. Don't the Monterey Park employees realize that their paychecks are ultimately paid by their tax paying customers? People like Jay Bryan and his superiors should move on to jobs more suitable to their grumpy attitudes where they don't have to deal with...

Our mail gets delivered out of this branch. For over seven years we have been receiving mail for a previous occupant. Every time this happens we go through the appropriate process, marking the mail 'return to sender' and writing a little explanation that the people in question no longer live here. I have confronted three separate carriers to discuss the issue, and my wife has made numerous phone calls on the matter to the branch and to USPS generally.

Now I am getting harassing phone calls from the previous occupant's creditors, because they see that for seven years mail gets delivered for them (the previous occupants) to our address.

I finally went down to the branch to talk to the supervisor. Her attitude made it clear that she felt that she was too important to take my problem seriously, and specifically said the words 'I don't see why this is a problem', after I explained the situation.

I'm guessing she was just trying to get rid of me so she could get back to her game of spider solitaire, or what ever it is USPS managers do...
