Been going to this restaurant at least once per week for years!!! The prices are back to being decent :) (I think they sold the business recently. New staff and a dinner special menu. I think the food servings are slightly less than before. Parking arrangements may have changed, the parking lots are now separated. Use underground parking if necessary) I recently went back several times, I think they stopped serving soup during lunch. If they're going to stop doing the lunch special soup, I wish they will tell me how to make the beef tomato soup lol Staff are okay. Frequently packed during mealtime specials. Waiting service can get extremely busy. My favorite dishes are amazing!!!! There's quite a bit of seating. They do take group reservations for rentals, but I don't know the details. I remember you could rent the small room, not sure if they still do that. Atmosphere has a slight cozy feel for a place that can seat so many people. Awhile back, I went here to buy fried rice because of the epidemic. It was nice and empty. Service was fast while I waited outside for the cooks. I ordered Western style fried rice. One of my favorite dishes here! The food was so hot that the steam coming from the bag was burning my fingers while holding the bag. There was plastic/styrofoam chips in my fried rice. The bottom of my boxes had HUGE cracks in them; I think the intense exposure to the heat and weight of the foods caused the boxes to become brittle and crack while sitting on top of soup containers. It's not a severe problem, I got home and flipped the box upside down onto a dish after getting several bites of styrofoam bits in my mouth. The spoon scooping had enough force to just chip styrofoam polymer pieces off, the foam was now hard brittle plastic. Great food, I'd order it again during the shutdown to see if the problem still persists but the solution is to flip it into a heat-safe container, like ceramic. Overall: This place is outstanding!!! The food is great, staff can be helpful, and it amazing enough to bring my friends and family.

Ordered Singapore Style Fried Rice Noodle, Indo Fried Rice, Sliced Pork Neck with Vegetables, and Beef with Black Bean Sauce. The latter two dishes already include a plate of white rice each which we should have known and not ordered so much rice. The Singapore Style Fried Rice Noodle was alright though we wanted a little more salt to it. The Indo Fried Rice on the other hand was a bit too salty for our palette. No complaints to the last two dishes. The Sliced Pork Neck was very soft and well seasoned. It was very juicy and paired well with water spinach (we substituted this in for the standard vegetable). The Beef with Black Bean sauce was also a great choice too with a good sauce and onion and green pepper medley. Adding the white rice was very good. Location does get medium foot traffic especially on a weekend evening. Service was fast and good. Parking in the back can be tight so be patient.

1) extensive service hrs from 7 am to 4 am 2) extremely affordable and huge portion tasty HK cafe style dishes 3) if you come between 7 am to 11 am, each item comes with a drink which you can choose between coffee and good HK milk tea. Folks if you decide to go, take it into perspective- don’t compare this to your $100/pp meal. For that’s you are paying for and the HK cafe vibe, it’s a good spot to hit, regardless you are a local or from out of town. #1 on the menu, steak with egg and toast is a steal. It used to be 7.50, and now 8.50. The HK milk tea is legit! This place brings so much good memories of HK/ Cantonese cafe back home. Will def come again.

The food here was really good. However the service was really bad. It started out very slow. We had to wait a long time to order, so when the server finally came to take our drink order, we ordered our food at the same time. When our food came out, we were still waiting for our drinks. Every time we tried to get the attention of our server (actually ANY server) we were blatantly ignored. I noticed other patrons at other tables attempting to get their server's attention and they were ignored as well. Not even a glance or a look to indicate they saw us & would return. Nothing! They literally looked away. And not just our server-it was the same with all the servers. I finally had to get up and go to the beverage station where the servers prepare the drinks & ask someone for a refill, and the girl said, "Ok, go back to your seat"!! I couldn't believe it! A person in our group finally had to ask the manager/host for a refill and that was when we finally received a refill. The food was really good, and I would like to return, but I hesitate because the service was just so horrible. If the service were to improve, I would...

This place has been around for a very long time, I only went couple times years ago. I went for lunch today, very disappointed and will never go again. It took them almost 20 minutes to realize that I am ready to order food. I had 1) Hawaiian Fried Rice 2) Stew Beef with Rice Noodles 3) Curry Beef with rice. Took another 20 minutes to have the first dish -- Hawaiian Fried Rice. The diced pineapple were bad, they were rotten and tasted sour. The waitress didn't apologize. Curry beef took another 10 minutes. When complained about the speed, the waitress stated that because every customer ordered Chinese food today and they only have two cooks for Chinese dish today. Two dishes with 3 drinks, the bill stated $25, considered the services and quality of food, I think it's pricey. There are only two stalls in lady's room, one very large for wheelchair access but the other one was so tiny that my knees hit the door. The restroom was so dirty and messy, a huge roll of tissue was on the floor and it was soaked. I just wanted to get the hell out of there and never come back. I really don't know why they could stay in business...
