The site used to have attitude and service issues where they were rude or there were people working but only 1 person servicing people, but I think they've improved considerably and are more kind and conscientious, and overall a much better place. I think they've taken the reviews seriously, and they typically do have two people upfront to service people and they are fairly fast and cordial, to what I think is the best of the individual’s nature. I've actually had someone go out of their way to be extremely helpful there when I needed assistance, and they were patient with me, and I think it's a vast improvement over what I saw a couple of years ago.
It is difficult to open the door when your arms have packages in them but they've resolved that by putting a stool right outside the front door for someone to place their package(s) while they're opening the door which I think was very thoughtful and kind of them.
However, once in the store you have to hold the items or place them on the floor while you're waiting in line. And often I have to go back to the vehicle to get more packages, but there is no place for me to place the ones I've already brought in on while I go and get the remainder. It would be helpful if there was a counter to place items on while in line. It would also be of great assistance if there was a cart or something that we could borrow from the store to use and bring packages in from our vehicle instead of trying to carry just one or two in at a time.
I only gave it four stars because of the lines that they have sometimes, but I think the lines go fairly fast. I need assistance because of a disability and inability to carry a lot of weight or hold onto a lot of weight, but there is nothing to set the packages down on while waiting or anyone or anything to assist me in bringing them in. I believe they need to be more accessible and with assistive items or not say they’re to busy to have someone assist me bringing items in. Maybe ask each person if they need assistance , and have soneone available to help.
I realize a lot of people utilize the store and they are often very busy later in the day and on weekends, but that should not be an excuse for attitude, saying they’re too busy, or ignoring anyone. I’ve been told to tape my own labels before I come into the store, and to purchase tape to seal my own package’s, but they shouldn’t make you feel bad when you leave it to them to assist. They’ve only done this once, maybe a year ago, and I’ve since realized it is just this one woman. She should not be in customer service. She can...
Read moreI don’t like posting a negative review but I don’t know how else to bring attention to correcting bad customer service. I wish I asked for her name but the blonde lady who (didn’t) help me was incredibly rude and aggressive when I tried to return a small rug that apparently wasn’t packaged correct. I was walking up to the counter and was aggressively approached with “you can’t send that back like that!” I had no idea what was happening that I actually looked behind me to see if that statement was for someone else. Apparently it was for me and my rug!! It needed to be wrapped different than I had done it. I never sent a rug back before. Maybe you could have gently told me what I needed to do. So I decide since I am already there and she told me what I needed to buy I would just get it done. I went back to my car to get money and the customer before me that was leaving as I was being scolded waited for me to say how rude she was and that my rug was packaged just like hers and she had no problem at another location. I went back in, took it back and said I’ll bring it back once I repackage it. (I went straight to the other location and had no problem) I got a big sigh from her because she had to rip up (in my face) the printed sticker she made while I was outside. Everyone has hard days and sometimes accidentally gives attitude to others. I get it, no problem, I can take it... but there’s a pattern here. I see no excuse ever to give attitude to my 18yo son who has never had to step into a UPS store to do any kind of business until now. He went in to return books. I printed the 2 labels required by the company and I said go to the desk and they will help you. (I thought he was going to the other location that I always go to now, but he was closer to this location). The same blonde lady did not even greet him with a hello or how can I help you. So he started with a “Hi. How are you?” Can I return these books. She said “just give me the label.” He had 2 labels. He hands her the one that goes inside the package. (Remember he has never done this before). She follows up with “I said... the label”. (Picture attitude here) He says “oh, I’m sorry, this one?”She sighs at him and finishes without saying anything else. So he starts to walk away and left her with a “have a great day” and he meant it!! Because... THATS HOW I TEACH MY KID TO TREAT PEOPLE!!! Maybe she can take a pointer from an 18yo! Be kind... we...
Read moreSaturday, August 2, 2025 - Customer service is terrible. Google states the store is open on Saturdays until 6:00 PM. Myself and another woman arrived a few minutes to 5:00 PM. The door was locked and lights on…”Open” sign was not lit. The sign on the door says open until 5:00 PM and it was just before 5:00 PM. The woman and I both discussed how the website states open until 6:00 PM on Saturday. The boy that works there was ignoring my knock hiding behind the wall in the back. He finally came out when I asked him to. Talking through the window..I asked him to please open the door..he said it is 5:01 PM we are closed..he said to me when I come in I have an attitude so he won’t open the door! I believe his name is Dwayne he shows me that his watch says 5:01 PM. He messed up something from packages I dropped off a little while back..I guess he remembers that. I have been going to this location for years the woman owner/Mgr is nice. Meanwhile, with all the back and forth he could have taken my package because it was before 5:00 PM when the other lady and I arrived. On the weekends the new kids are really the ones with the attitude they never say hello...
