Sweet Grass — Attraction in Mooresville

As a local small business owner I have always loved how supportive of “shopping local” the Sweetgrass owners have been! Rich and Michelle are just amazing, and have helped so many small businesses owners in our area grow their businesses over the years. I truly can’t say enough about this! When you see the little sandwich board outside Sweetgrass that says “shop local”, it’s true from many aspects! They support small businesses!

And as usual my husband asked me what I wanted for Valentine’s Day the day before Valentine’s Day🤣. I told him to go into Sweetgrass because I had just been in there and they might know what I want. I said ask to see Michelle the owner. So he did, and Michelle wasn’t there at the time he went in. So a sweet lady named Cecile helped him. And she actually remembered exactly what I was looking at the last time I was in the store! So lucky me, I got exactly what I wanted♥️ To say the customer service and inventory are above expectations is an understatement! Love this...

Just stopped in this store today for the first time looking for a jellycat for my daughter for Christmas..and what do you know..Dale Jr comes strolling in! He was signing his children's book there..and the most wonderful employee whom I'm assuming was the owner or manager..took my picture with him and gifted me a signed book and said Merry Christmas! I have never experienced such amazing hospitality! Thank you so much to that lovely woman for making my day one i will never forget and to Dale Jr! And to add..this store had an abundance of jellycats and other wonderful items ..will be visiting this store regularly...

I wasn’t impressed with store at all. A bit cluttered and easy to bump things off shelves. Extremely overpriced.. I like to shop small businesses when I can, as I continued looking through the store, I managed to find a little something to buy.. When I made my purchase at the register, there was no hello, I was just told what I owed, & there was certainly NO THANK YOU for shopping here. When I said thank you, she said Mmhmm. She was equally rude to my daughter as well, who also made a purchase. She never got a thank you either. I found the girl at the counter to be quite rude. Needless to say I won’t...
