I went into the Staples in Mooresville on July 26th to get a QR code print out for my DJ business and I was in a rush to get it so I ordered the in store express delivery. They told me it would be about an hour so I went to do some errands. I came back around an hour later and it wasn't done.yet. The woman that was helping me "Lauren" was awesome and kind. She apologized for the wait and said I'd be refunded for the express in store shipping. I told her she did not have to refund me and I was OK waiting. She came out with 4 sets of QR codes which all looked amazing.and I only asked for 2 sets. She said it would be no charge for the the extra 2 because of the wait and I told her I would pay for them but she insisted. Nate was so helpful and took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed, even with other people there to print and needing assistance. He greeted everyone and made sure people were satisfied and had protection for their prints when leaving (as it was thunder storming outside). I had to come back on Sunday to reprint a few tables after having to adjust seating chart and Joe was able to make the change in no time. I also printed something else for the wedding on Sunday and Mike talked me through and made sure everything was perfect intime for the big day. The staff here is awesome!! Read moreI’m rating this store based on their staffing & Amazon returns process. They typically have only 1 employee as both cashier & processing Amazon returns. This causes both the customer that is purchasing items & the customer that is making Amazon returns to wait approximately twice as long since the 1 Staples employee has to go back & forth between lines. This is inefficient & a lot of times there are other employees just standing around. Sometimes they are unable to print a receipt for your return(s) & they only allow a certain number of items. I’m getting close to just paying the $1.00 charge (per item) to take everything to UPS all at once where they have multiple employees doing 1 job.
