It was 2pm-ish when I visited this Burger King, it went from empty drive-thru to full in about 1.2 seconds...HOWEVER, this was NOT an issue, running ONE window cash and food, the service was quite on task. Honestly going to fast food spots during this time frame, its suggested, and I believe and assumed that EVERYONE who doesn't have they're order in they're head, GO INSIDE!!! Please😊It's just the kind thing to do. Don't hold up the drive thru lanes sitting there UMMM-ing the poor drive thru people to death. The drive thru was designed for fast order READY customers! So if your having an off day and have the time to sit there and stare at the menu for 5 minutes as the line behind you is growing rapidly then you clearly have the time to park your car, save your gas & mine, and you can stand inside the free air conditioned building and start at the sign all day long if your like. But as far as the drive thru goes, PLEASE BE KIND AND MOVE YOUR BEHIND. Also, to those that want to blame the staff for mixing up orders, allow me to explain the natural SIMPLE order of the "DOUBLE-LANE DRIVE-THRU" if you see the car to your left or right (depending on which lane your in) clearly has been done ordering and has moved away from the speaker BEFORE you, then BE SMART and let them go first, because the orders are given out as they are taken in, really its common sense OR SHOULD BE. To many times I hear and see people all bent because what was handed to then wasnt they're order and EVERYTIME they look to the employees as if somehow they're fault. NO SIR/MA'AM that would be your fault WAYYY back there when you THOUGHT if you jumped in front of the car already done with they're order before you, that somehow maybe you would get your food first to. It doesn't work that way, I'm sorry, but it doesn't. So now that we've covered fast food drive-thru ettiquite, we can get to the service. A long as the customers can handle going where they belong, then the drive-thru ones SMOOTHLY and the orders are correct. The food is good, properly prepared, and not a slapped together mess. I'm sorry but this particular Burger King, whoops it's up the road competitor! Not going to mention any McNames.....🙄😶. This part is to the employees, if a customer orders a Regular coffee with 15 sugars and 3 cream YOU GIVE THEM A REGULAR COFFEE, 15 SUGARS, AMD 3 CREAM AND SOMETHING TO STIR IT WITH!!! Not decaf bc it's what you have already made, some sweet low, because you can only use 3 and THINK they wont notice, BECAUSE WE DO NOTICE, and it RUINS our DAY, WASTES OUR MONEY AND TIME AND TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST PISSES PEOPLE OFF!!!!! Do not cut corners, give the customer WHAT THEY ORDERED AND PAYED FOR. Dont think your somehow getting away with anything. Its obvious when its sweet n low and NOT SUGAR and it is quickly obvious when you've used decaffeinated. People who drink coffee enough NEED the caffeine and when they're body doesn't get it, THEY NOTICE. So there it is all wrapped up. I believe I've covered all the main parts. Burger King has maintained their service and by the way SCORED A 100% CLEANLINESS WHICH IS AWESOME AMD SELDOM SEEN. McDonald's has sacrificed good customer service for fast money and they dont even care anymore. What ever happened to comp fries or drink when they make you wait or screw up your order??????????????? Now it's just, my bad. Your dang right its YOUR bad and you SHOULD comp the customer if you want them to return and leave a GOOD review😊 Over and out fast fooders. Choose wisely, good service done right and CLEAN, or slapped together, incorrectly made...
Read moreBE CAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY HERE! There is a conman working the drive thru. My receipt said Olivia, but it was a male who stole from me.
Total bill was $75.37, I paid $100.37. The guy made a stupid joke about keeping the change. I didn't say anything because it wasn't funny. 30% tip at a drive thru is also unheard of, so I paid it no mind. This is where he pulled his con.
Instead of giving me my change, he shoves the large bag of food and drink out the window for me to grab. So now I set my wallet down and am distracted with the food and drink. I ask him "is that everything?" to confirm we were done before I drove off. He shook his head yes.
Luckily, I always pull off and check a drive thru other before I leave and while I'm doing so, I remember that guy kept my change!
I drive by around the drive thru and tell him I must have forgot my receipt and change. I was relieved, but angry, when he said oh yes, drive to the window. I was worried he might have denied it and I would have to escalate.
The money was folded in the receipt where it would fit nicely in someone's hand and pocket. So this $25 he stole wasn't even going to the people that prepared my food, but in his pocket.
I expect to experience this kind of swindler at a street vendor or something, but not at a Burger King!!!
I was tired, hungry, and in a rush to feed my family, so I didn't ask to speak with the manager then, I should have made them aware. I was also too angry in the moment, but I had my money back and wanted out of there.
So, don't get swindled at this BK. I can't be the only person he has...
Read moreOrdered a Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich. Got it and started eating it. Was delicious at first BUT as I got to the middle of the sandwich it was NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY! This was 2nd time I experienced this with their chicken sandwiches. SO I decided to tell them about it this time. I showed them the remains of my sandwich and they made me pull over and wait for 10 minutes then the lady manager came out and told me basically that I was a liar and that she stuck a thermometer in the sandwich and it was the correct temp. Which HAD TO BE A LIE. Then she said no way was she refunding it because it was only a bite left. Which was another lie because it was half the sandwich. So I knew she wasn't going to back down and I left without a huge scene. The money wasnt the issue to me as much as Salmonella poisoning!!! Therefore me and my whole family and my close friends have vowed to NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. The manager was too disrespectful and would not listen to reason. I just pray no one gets food poisoning there again for real! I said 'AGAIN' because my Sister really did get food poison about a year ago from their chili cheese hot dog and had to go to ER. She was very sick for 2 days! This is true...every single word. Please eat there at...
