Read moreWent to store to print something, waited at counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged by any person. Store was not busy and I was the only person in line and three people behind the desk. Then I asked for thicker paper to self print . I then asked for instructions on how to print. I was told by the employee just to put the thicker paper into side tray. I followed the instructions given by staff to print. However, when I clicked print the items came out on regular paper. I asked staff again and he said “my bad, that was my fault”. He then proceeded to change the paper tray to the correct one to print. However, transaction charged me for the reprint full amount in addition to the wrong printed item. Even though it was not my fault and he admitted to it being his fault for the misprint. When I asked him to “refund the double cost he said yea sorry you’re gonna have to pay. No way around it but I’m sorry that was my fault.” Although it is not a large sum of money - it is still money I worked hard to earn. Why should the customer have to pay for printing that was done erroneously by staff? I should have been refunded that amount. Never returning again! A few weeks ago the guy kept trying to persuade me to have the rewards membership or whatever it is, I immediately say no thank you and was in a hurry but he kept going on trying to convince me while holding my receipt hostage and I would have walked away but I needed the receipt. Are 3 "no thank yous" Not enough? From the time you walk in, every single person who works there will not stop asking you if you need help. Today it was the last straw because it was dead in there but a worker YELLS at me from like 30 feet away "do you need help finding anything!?" and i thought she was talking to someone else since im so far away but she kept yelling it. About 30 seconds after my "no thanks" another employee asks if I need help finding anything. Please stop harassing your freaking customers! It's not "helpful" it's annoying AF. The store is small and overstaffed. Customers can easily find someone and ask for help....
