This is the first review I have written.
With ATT&T, whom I left a year ago after 18 years, US Cellular who I was with for 16 years, it's as if once they get you, they want to see how badly they can treat you until you sign up for something more expensive. NO concern or help for their customers. Like customers are a bother. I've not written a review of them.
Not so with Verizon in the Van Voorhis Rd office in Morgantown whom I switched to over a year ago.
ALL the staff there treat you as if you are not yet a customer, and are trying to get you to sign up with them. I'm more than pleased that I swithched over a year ago. I just got off the phone with Quinn Cuskey who helped me acquire a modem and adding the internet service to my family account for my son who is a junior at NC State in Raleigh. My son had spent 2.5 hours in a store there, and no help. I was on the phone with the rep in Raleigh for a half hour. Just decided to end the call, and I called my local office and Quinn resolved adding the equipment and service, in its entirety, in less than 5 minutes.
And I've had other service matters...like signing up and keeping my 90 year old parents operational and in service and the proper coverage - Kaitlyn Katchur in this office took care of my parents as if they were her own. Kind, understanding, and quick to resolve their issues. Quinn also has helped my parents.
Awesome service!...I was CEO of several companies with over 3,900 employees combined and this is the type of customer care/service that we strived for every day.
Quinn, Kaitlan and the staff there truly care about their customers. Pretty...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to this Verizon store after getting the run-around from Verizon customer service for weeks. I knew it wasnāt a corporate store, but Iād hoped they could help with a big billing problem regarding a returned phone. Brice and his teammates went out of their way to try and help sort out the problem. Brice was on the phone with Verizon customer service for over two HOURS (over lunch time, no less) trying to figure out where the issue was and how to sort it out. He even attempted to call the Uniontown, PA corporate store, where the billing issues stemmed from. He was unable to reach them because they have their phones routed directly to Verizon customer service. Brice eventually had to escalate the issue to a Tier 2 representative and was told that they would take care of the issue and credit my account, but theyād need an order number from the Uniontown store, which meant I had to drive there since you canāt just call. Even though the issue wasnāt able to be resolved that day, the customer service I received at this location was outstanding, and I at least left with some direction on how to proceed and resolve the issue. Canāt recommend them enough! ...

This man completely took advantage of my 82 year old mother around Christmas,he told her she would get 2 free tablets(which are costing her $60.00 a month) and she just realized it because she hasn't been paying attention to her bill and Trusted you JOHN! He also tried to say that we ordered a new phone and it was sent to us,which my mother is being charged for(the phone And the line) but yet we have NO NEW PHONE, he tried to say we took the SIM card out of our old phone and put in the new 1,yet here we are...NO NEW PHONE... When my mother tried to ask him about it,he ignored her questions/concerns and told her that "Her bill was the same amount either way",He refused to work with her,he was so rude it made my blood boil, but I will take the high road and use our experience to inform others of his behavior and the fact he WILL scam you! If John doesn't work here .... Sorry šand I'm sure...
