Suburban Lanes — Attraction in Morgantown

We recently had a birthday party here the bowling was great! When it came to getting pop, pizza, and ice cream that was another issue. Which this the food is included with the bowling!The party was half over before we got our pizza they didn’t even give us a choice of what we wanted on the pizza. The pop I had to go get because the kids had already eat there pizza! We never got our ice cream at all! The customer service was horrible there was 3 people there only one would wait on you! The sad part the poor guy was doing everything while the others was just standing there having conversation of there own! I had to go up 4- 5 times to even pay for the party. They forget to tell you taxes is not included like everything else on there website! We was disappointed because I had other parties here and they were awesome! I have to say this one...

Disappointed.

Scheduled a birthday party, small child, couple friends, couple adult family members. $80, three lanes, seemed reasonable to me, if not a little low. It was not $80 for three, $80 each. I was not on the phone call when it was scheduled, so I can't know for sure how it went.

The waitress who set up our area must have clocked out after we got our cups and drinks. No menu, no instructions, no silverware. I imagine she told her coworkers, hey, lanes 1-3 still needs forks and menus. I suspect they forgot, I do not know for sure.

The staff gave us the impression we were an annoyance, that was my biggest problem.

Zero professionalism from everyone but our missing waitress. Not a place we will return to for family events. I feel we were not attended to like we should have been.

Have gone a few times now. Really fun, definitely more modern style with synthetic lanes. Has store, bar and snack bar. Clean for the most part but last time we went it was a Sunday and I guess they were busy, my shoes picked up so much stuff just being by the table. Another time we went, there was a big football game going on so they had screens above the lanes and they were blasting the speakers. It was very distracting from our bowling game, which is why we went to the bowling alley for, not to watch football but I know others enjoy it just my opinion. Over all we still like this place and...
