Staff are very nice, so gave 3 stars. I did not get a result with Neveskin, which is a 1 star. Would be good practice to do a consultation prior to selling packages (I did call and ask for a consult, and was told no). They also recommended a membership to use other services to "make the Neveskin work better," which did not help. The practitioner kept moving the measuring tape to thinner parts of my waist and pulled it tighter each treatment, so the records reflected a result, which was not appreciated. The way my clothes fit do not lie. Also, I tipped in cash directly, and was continually asked in the lobby in front of customers "Do you want to put your tip on your card?" I think this is a bad practice also, putting customers on the spot like that. Would have liked to know that I was not a good candidate for the treatment, or maybe another treatment would have been better with a consult, before spending thousands. I am a personal trainer and registered dietitian, and have an athletic build, and was hoping that the treatment could help to minimize a small "pooch" at my waist - So it's not like I need to lose weight, or had an unrealistic expectation. That treatment either does not work, or was not appropriate for me, no matter how tight the practitioner pulled that waist measurement tape....
