I visited this mall around August 10th to get my lashes done at that cart near the food court and was highly disappointed. I spent $70 for MINK lashes that fell off the next morning. I went back to the mall to try to get them fixed or get a refund, but the OWNER of the cart was very rude and didn't seem like she really cared that her service was HORRIBLE! Her exact words were, "I don't know what you want me to do. We don't do refunds or redo services." & then she walked away as if I didn't spend my hard earned money with her. Security approaches the cart and asked if I wanted to file a grievance. I proceeded to the Securitys office to do so and was told that I will be receiving a call within 1-2 days from mall management, & here it is August 22nd, and I haven't gotten a call, a refund, apology, NOTHING. And I was visiting GA from Illinois which is why i feel like my situation isn't being taken seriously. But that's fine. I'm in GA frequently. And I want to add the ONLY reason I'm giving this mall 2 stars is because of how helpful the security officers were. As a fellow entrepreneur, i must say that this is why black businesses fail. Because the Asian people and the white man would NEVER treat a paying customer like this. I go to my lash technician where I'm from and she fixes the problem with no complaint. I swear some people make it really hard to support black owned businesses when all i want to do is shop black, but not if my dollars are not going to be appreciated. I might as well keep shopping with others if...
Read moreNice place Had wanted to get a Place that prices are affordable yet quality isn't compromised. I have often seen that the location of a Store could sometimes affect the prices.
A friend of mine referred me to Southlake Mall. Prior to this time I had visited Lenox Mall and items were just over priced and I couldn't buy one item so I left.
On getting to Southlake, from Afar I could see Macy Store and H&M these were good stores I could buy from. I started off with Macy Store, but couldn't get anything as their prices where far higher than what I bought in same store in New York. Their prices were similar to the one at Lenox Mall. Though the have very good stuff you would like.
I went over to H&M and wow I was surprised at the prices difference. It was like selling at 35-40% the prices quoted in Macy Store for same iteM, same quality. For me, I was so shocked. I actually got so many items there and hope to come back. The items were much that I had to keep them, and do other shopping before coming to pay for them.
Indeed the prices were a give away. There were other good stores with good and affordable products which I got but H&M did it well for...
Read moreHey everyone! I wanted to share some pics from my visit to Southlake Mallâit really brought back so many childhood memories. My mom actually worked here when I was younger, so this place has always held a special spot in my heart. I still come here to shop or just roam around with friends, and it never gets old. The mall has so many amazing stores, from fashion to tech, and I can always find something that catches my eye.
If you havenât been here yet, trust me, thereâs something for everyone. The selection of stores is pretty solid, but just a heads-up: bring your wallet! Youâll be tempted to splurge, and your pockets will definitely hurt if youâre not careful. Whether itâs new clothes, shoes, or accessories, this mall has a great variety of options. Iâve picked up a few things here over the years, and I always end up coming back for more.
Itâs one of those places that has a nostalgic vibe for me, but itâs also a great spot for a day out with friends. So if youâre in the area, definitely check it out! Youâll have a great time exploring all the stores and reminiscing on the good olâ days, just like...
