I visited this mall around August 10th to get my lashes done at that cart near the food court and was highly disappointed. I spent $70 for MINK lashes that fell off the next morning. I went back to the mall to try to get them fixed or get a refund, but the OWNER of the cart was very rude and didn't seem like she really cared that her service was HORRIBLE! Her exact words were, "I don't know what you want me to do. We don't do refunds or redo services." & then she walked away as if I didn't spend my hard earned money with her. Security approaches the cart and asked if I wanted to file a grievance. I proceeded to the Securitys office to do so and was told that I will be receiving a call within 1-2 days from mall management, & here it is August 22nd, and I haven't gotten a call, a refund, apology, NOTHING. And I was visiting GA from Illinois which is why i feel like my situation isn't being taken seriously. But that's fine. I'm in GA frequently. And I want to add the ONLY reason I'm giving this mall 2 stars is because of how helpful the security officers were. As a fellow entrepreneur, i must say that this is why black businesses fail. Because the Asian people and the white man would NEVER treat a paying customer like this. I go to my lash technician where I'm from and she fixes the problem with no complaint. I swear some people make it really hard to support black owned businesses when all i want to do is shop black, but not if my dollars are not going to be appreciated. I might as well keep shopping with others if thats the case
