Extremely disappointed with this location! Today was the second time we were told that the gym is closed (we went at 4pm) even though I had called before going and was told that it would be open until 7pm. My boys had been anxiously waiting to go all day, needless to say, they were very upset! The only reason I even give this place my business is because it caters to special needs children but after being turned away twice with my kids, I will absolutely not be returning! Beware of the timings online as well, more often than not it says they're open when they're actually closed! I'm not sure if they just decide to close on their own when they see that the gym is empty but that's totally unacceptable! I have also seen other families turned away because the times listed on Google was "wrong". **The updates of the equipment was told to us when we walked into the gym, not when I called over the phone to ask if the gym would be open. I would assume that you would have known about the equipment being installed ahead of time, not that...
Read moreAs a special educator and someone who used to work at another WRTS location, I am disappointed that I even feel the need to write this review. My 3 children have been to this location only two times. The first, we went around 2 years ago and all 3 of my kids contracted hand, foot and mouth after our visit. It was unorganized and just dirty. We gave it some time and went back for a visit a couple of months ago. Not only was it pure chaos (every toy bin dumped out, books thrown everywhere, multiple kids on the zip line at once), but the staff were completely disengaged. One woman stayed in the back office and the girl at the front desk never moved. I spent almost half of our time trying to help manage other children just to attempt to keep everyone safe. I love WRTS and what it stands for, but we will not be visiting this location again based on cleanliness and...
Read moreI went for the first time yesterday with my wife, son and some of his cousins. Everyone had a very good time for the most part. The reason I am giving this less than 5 stars is because I believe the swing area to be potentially dangerous. I do not put all the blame on Rock The Spectrum, I put half the blame on inconsiderate irresponsible adult visitors, as my son and one of his cousins almost got hit with a child swinging on the swing. The adult that was with the child in the swing was, in my opinion, wildly swinging the child and because there were such tight quarters it was in the path of many children walking by. Even some adults almost got hit. In my opinion there isn't enough room for large swings like that and should at least be roped off to prevent kids from getting knocked over. It's a great idea just too...
