Ragamuffin Children's Boutique — Attraction in Mount Pleasant

I’ve shopped at this store a handful of times. I always leave feeling disappointed in the sales staff. Each time I go back thinking ehh, I could have remembered wrong and will give it another chance. Each time is just as disappointing as the last. The staff is never friendly or helpful. I have to beg them to check for a size, they tend to always be on their phone and they are snotty when I ask any sort of question. Like how dare I make them work. This last time I went in to get my youngest daughter new sneakers as she outgrew hers. She is 1 year old and was having a hard time letting go of mama. Instead of the the lady working with my daughter, she ran away and just grabbed sneakers from the back, I was pretty annoyed because I wanted my daughter to get sized as she has a very wide foot. Because the lady refused I had to size my daughters foot by myself which was very difficult as she won’t let go of me. I was struggling. They ended up not having my daughters shoes in stock and instead of offering to order them she just said sorry and walked away. After the whole shoe situation I noticed they were having a sale so I went over to take a look, I needed up buying some things but whenever I asked if they had an item in a different size, I was told to look over there. Then when I said I did, I was told then we don’t have it. Again instead of helping me look or offering to look in the back, etc. I have left to fend for myself. It will honestly be the last time I go. They have cute clothes but it’s all the same inventory as the other kids stores around town and they have better customer service. Nothing special...
