Wild Bill's Tobacco — Attraction in Mundy Charter Township

I've been coming to this specific Wild Bill's for YEARS because they always have the vape products and juices I love. HOWEVER, lately they have had several new people working there and I have received many coils that have either "gone bad" before even using them OR they gave me the WRONG coils for my vape. In the past I've only had to bring the faulty coils or INCORRECT ones back to them and tell them what happened and they'd replace them for me because it was no fault of mine obviously. Now it is the case. I will never come back to this Wild Bill's again. I drove WAY out of my way to come here too because the service and the selection, but no more. I mean, the coils are only like 3-4 dollars and they won't replace them for a devoted long time customer, ESPECIALLY when the fault lies with the business and it's employees or the manufacturer of the product??? $3-4 not like I'm saying replace my leaky vape, just the bum or wrong coils. We stopped in to buy my husband a carton of Malboro Menthol. My husband opened the fist pack and the cigarettes were stale. He opened another pack and it was stale as well. He called the store and the clerk remembered he was just there. The clerk gave him the owners name and number. My husband contacted the owner who said send a picture of the carton, codes on the carton. My husband did and the owner said he would take care of him. He NEVER took care of the situation. I even tried to contact the owner myself after my husband tried calling and texting a dozen times for weeks. Nothing.
