I went in to return a frame I purchased online as it arrived with several black marks and scratches. The employee was stocking near the door, yet she didn’t greet or acknowledge me. I stood at the counter for quite some time before she finally came over. I told her I had an online order to return and she stated “online orders have to be returned online.” This was news to me as I’ve never ordered anything online that needed to be returned. Read moreI spend up too $800 to $1000 on the Keepsake ornaments ever year around Christmas at this store, but I will shop online from now on. Seeing they do not take $100 bills, which of course they have a right to refuse, I have the right not to give them any of my business. I can go to Walmart to buy Hallmark cards/wrapping paper and the ornaments I can order online. There use to be another Hallmark store in Murfreesboro that started doing the same thing and customer service went down, they are out of business and I can see this store heading for the same. Read moreI was at this store on November 26, 2022 in the mid-afternoon. With a pile of coupons in hand, I wanted to purchase a few holiday items. This is not a really large store and when you have six to seven clerks in the aisles and three behind the register, there really was no room for a customer to see the merchandise. I seemed to be in the way of the employees, who were actually just standing around and talking to each other.
