Let me be blunt: this place absolutely ruined my birthday dinner. What was supposed to be a nice night out turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating.

I ordered the fully loaded baked potato and got something that wasn’t even halfway cooked. It was hard, raw, and completely inedible like they dug it straight out of the ground and threw it on a plate. My salad came with no ranch, and when I asked for it, it took 15 more minutes to get a basic dressing cup. That’s ridiculous.

The server? Missing in action. Gone for 15–20 minutes at a time. No follow-ups, no accountability, no professionalism.

The rest of the food? A complete joke. The ribeye steak was a paper-thin, frozen disaster with zero flavor. You could tell it hadn’t seen a fresh cut of beef in years. The mahi bites were also frozen, dried out, and honestly disgusting. Everything tasted like it was pre-made and microwaved or sitting under a heat lamp.

The biggest red flag? The entire meal hit the table five minutes after we ordered. That’s not fast service it’s proof that nothing is fresh and everything is pre-cooked garbage. I’ve had better meals from a drive-thru.

And here’s the kicker: I paid the full bill. I didn’t ask for anything free I didn’t want a handout. I wanted the service fixed, the food done right, and the night to be worth what I paid. The manager did say he’d “correct the issue,” but that doesn’t undo a ruined birthday or a miserable experience.

This place is a complete mess from top to bottom kitchen, service, management. If they don’t get serious about fixing it, they won’t be around...

The atmosphere is neat. The service was awful.

My boyfriend and I sat at the outside patio table. The restaurant was not too busy. We waited for approximately 15 minutes and no one even checked up on us. There was a table beside us and a table behind us that had people dining. There was a waitress that was tending to them, and she never once acknowledged us. I waited a few more minutes before I went inside to ask a staff if we could get someone to take our order and the staff told me that she would send our waitress over to us. Come to find out, the waitress that was tending the table beside and behind where I was sitting was our waitress. So, that waitress finally comes to our table and takes our drink and food order. Time passes, a staff brings my boyfriend his drink. Some more time passes, a staff brings our food out. The table behind us and the table beside us leave. We start eating and that’s when I realize I never got my drink. Our waitress hasn’t even checked on us at this point and was no where in sight. When our waitress finally comes outside , she starts cleaning the table behind us. She then leaves before I can get her attention. Some more time passes , and she still hasn’t came to check on us. When she finally reappears, she is about to start cleaning the table beside us and I finally catch her attention and I remind her that I still haven’t gotten my drink. Honestly hard to find a negative about this place. Our waitress was the highlight, I’m so sorry I forgot her name because it was unique and started with a V. She helped us out so much since we were new customers. There were 4 of us and we were encouraged to just find a table which is great because there were a lot of high tables with stools and my wife has problems with them so we were able to grab a regular table and booth along the wall. I had The Hot Dog, which I never get hot dogs at venues but this one was smothered in Queso and I could add Chili. Oh Yeah! So good. Cheesecake is definitely one of the better I’ve had at a restaurant. The environment is really fun with outside being like a fake grass backyard type environment with TVs set up to watch the game. Inside every wall has like 10 TVs on them. 😆 you’ll find something to keep you entertained there. Overall price wasn’t bad either, about what you expect going to Red Robin’s or something similar.
