First of all, their motto should be "Priority None." The 37129 Post Office has possibly the worst delivery and pick up service I have ever encountered. For example, I scheduled a pick up for a time-sensitive shipment for May 1st, and, three days later, they show up asking where are the packages. He shows me a print out that his supervisor supposedly just printed out, and I point out the actual pick up date on the paper itself.

Next, the carriers drive their own beaters around picking up and delivering the mail if they feel like it. I've literally watched the carrier sprint up to a door to drop off a package, but conveniently failed to pick up the outgoing packages I had scheduled for pick up. Apparently, they had to "fire" the regular carrier because they found packages at her home or in her jeep she never delivered, but scanned them as delivered. I heard that she complained "the job was just too stressful for her" as her excuse. I call it pure laziness.

Yesterday, I had a neighbor, whom lives quite a ways a way from me, bring me a package that I had shipped out that day. Apparently, the carrier chose to either throw it out the window, or perhaps he left it on top of his car. I wouldn't put it past them to do the former. Luckily, the man was beyond honest, looked up my address, and brought me the package. He also told me that many times the postal carrier decides not to deliver his mail at all.

On this particular route, we never have the same carrier twice. So, there's this incredible lack of continuity with them. There's always a substitute, and I have met most of them. One, in particular, has a bit of a chip on their shoulder. Very unprofessional, wears derogatory t-shirts, and has actually decided to keep my personal canvas bag for her own use. I finally got it back, but it seems like they could give her some sort of, I don't know, an actual USPS bag or something. I'm sure those could possibly be available.

I ship out a lot of packages, and have been doing this for many years, but the management of this particular branch, including the supervisors, need to be educated on the importance of shipping and receiving to small business owners like myself. I spend well over $30,000 a year on shipping, and I don't believe this matters a hill of beans to them.

Luckily, I am moving soon to Florida. However, I'm certain they will somehow figure out a way to mess up the change of address, and forward my mail to Alaska. Just try calling their local phone number, it's always "busy." I am certain it has something to do with all the complaints they are receiving about their service. I tried calling the toll free number, and it's the biggest runaround I have experienced. Finally, got to the talk to agent portion of their phone system, but the automated drone women's voice said, "The estimated wait time will...

Can't deliver, over and over delivery problems. I sent a letter with a printed label from paypal and the letter ended up in another state. It had tracking and they couldn't deliver it. Imagine that! Had to send again with the same label printed from paypal and it arrived before the one they couldn't deliver was returned to me. Same address. At $2.66 for postage, this is a ripoff and nothing you can do about it.

I now have a package that was sent to me with tracking that arrived at 2.20am on Friday, it wasn't delivered Friday, Saturday, Sunday or today Monday. I know this is Christmas now but really?

Lets not count the times they have directed mail to me that was for a home with the same number but not the same street and I have taken it around to the correct address or the number of time they shoved a package to book into my mailbox that I almost couldn't get back out.

Or maybe even the time the mail truck drove away then came back because he saw me outside and knew he hadn't delivered a package...

After finding out this office is the one who sends the mail carriers to my apartments I'm going to put a complaint because ever since I moved to the apartments where I recently live my packages get "lost " a 140 dollars book I needed for school (I'm a student) mysteriously it never arrived, non of my coupons for bath and body works works or Ulta ever arrive I already called both companies and they said it's weird because my address is right on the system and lastly I ordered a unique ring from Hungary and I even got a message it was shipped, well it never arrived either. Coincidence? I don't think so cause everything I order from Amazon or any other company that is not USPS always arrives and I know nobody steal the mail . Someone is not delivering my mail and as far as I know that's illegal. I'll do what I have to do because this has never happened at any of my previous addresses so I'm beyond mad.
