I got a recommendation from Verizon to use Zagg to replace a broken screen on my iPhone. The iPhone worked perfectly except for the fact that the break obstructed the front camera lens. I took the phone to the Zagg kiosk in Murray, Utah at Fashion Place Mall. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix the screen. So I left my phone there while running some errands at the mall. After an hour we checked back and the person who took my phone to repair it was not back. His colleague explained that my phone was not ready because the man who helped me was trouble shooting my phone. He said to come back in thirty minutes. After another hour my phone was back at the kiosk and not functional, with the original broken screen but now had internal issues. It was overheating (which had not been the case prior to the screen removal) and his recommendation was that I would have to turn off the phone if I wasnāt making a call or sending a text. Unbelievable! They ruined my phone and now it must be replaced, at my expense. As I tried to ārepair instead of replaceā, which I think is the responsible thing to do, now I need a new phone. Zagg, this was a very frustrating experience and I cannot believe this company...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been loyal customers of Zagg for over 4 years. I had never had anything but amazing experiences in the past. This time we saw Liam and another staff member at Fashion Place. Both employees took off our phone screen covers before checking if there were notes in the system and before checking if they had the screens we needed. Then they told us because there were no notes in the system, I would have to pay more fees to upgrade the screen on my phone and my husband would have to upgrade to a nicer screen because they didnāt have his regular screen in stock (this is after they removed his current one). It completely felt like we were being pushed into upgrading and put in a position (by them removing his screen and not having his less expensive screen in stock) to be forced to pay for an upgrade. In the end, I had to pay for an upgrade due to ālack of notesā and he left without a screen and will no longer be a Zagg customer. This was his first experience after I talked him into Zagg because of how great everyone had been in the past. Now, I feel foolish for recommending Zagg and he is no longer a customer. Iām not sure what changed, but I would like our...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt recall the fella that helped me. But I was getting a screen protector replacement. And he had just sold the last of the one I needed. He offered me to upgrade and try a privacy one for same price $10 or a heavy duty one for $15 that also has blue light blocking ability. I went with the privacy one, very different. Iāll have to get use to it, hopefully itās not to dark for my clients to see. Idk if this post location or not. I normally go to Zagg at the 7200 fort Union location. They have upped their prices. The one I wanted to get today was $10 at the mall. Next time I need my screen protector replaced, I think Iāll take a trip to the mall. Cheaper by $5 and if they sell out they offer to upgrade at no to $5 additional cost. Whereas other location, they just say sorry we sold out come back.
Decided to post photo, see the little lines. The privacy setting. Kinda cool, idk...
