I purchased 2 iPhone 6s Plus from Jumptronics in Mustang. I had been looking around at multiple places and was trying to find the best price. I called them and spoke with the owner. He had both phones that we wanted. Although they were a lot more pricey he told me that they come with a 6 month warranty and he also added the tempered screen protector since I was buying 2. So I went up there and purchased the phones from the owner. They both had to be unlocked which was fine and understandable. The phone I had purchased couldnât be unlocked or something so the owner went out of his way and found me another one that could be unlocked. This was about day 2 or 3 after I had already paid for them(over $800 for both phones) since I had waited he got me 128 gb phone even though I paid for a 32 gb phone. I was so happy.. and thought so highly of the company for doing this. Even though we still had not got the other phone that was already paid for yet. The owner did give us a loaner phone to use until that one was finished being unlocked. A WEEK later we finally got the phone. I went and picked it up from an employee who worked there which was not very nice at all. The phone had dings on the back and the side of the phone. I said something about it and he pretty much told me this was it. And thatâs that. Frustrated that one I had already waited a week for the phone that we paid so much for but then I get it and itâs scratched and dinged up. I leave though. Go home give it to my husband. The next day he noticed that the screen would not flip when watching a video or pictures. So I called a couple days later around 4:50 pm. No One answered and so I left a message and told them what was going on in the voicemail. I never received a call back. About a week and half later my husband dropped he phone and cracked the screen. So I took it up there the following day and paid for a new screen. I also told them that I had called about the screen rotating. They said they would take a look at it when they were replacing the screen. I said ok thanks and left. I then get a call before I pick it up and they tell me âthe screen isnât working because itâs been wet.â I tell them we have not had the phone for no more than a month maybe less and my husband hasnât had it in any water. So the employee rudely tells me âwell Iâm telling you itâs been wet and we check the phones for that before they are givin to you.â I told him this hasnât even worked from day 1. We havenât had it in any water at all and if it was we would have just stated that and paid for it to be fixed just like the screen but it hasnât worked since day 1. So then the employee rudely again says âwhat day did you call and time and can you show me where you called, I have the phone service on the other line because we donât see where you called.â Pretty much accusing me of lying about calling. I look in my log but it only goes back 4 days. So I could not physically show them. But I knew what time and day I called and told them that. He then tells me I can come pick up the phone after being very rude. I go pick up the phone and another employee came up front. He told me there was rust all in the phone and thatâs why the screen wonât flip and that we would have to pay to get it fixed even though the phone that we paid so much for supposedly comes with insurance if something malfunctions with the phone and itâs not the operator who caused the problem. I explain to him again itâs been like...
Read moreHorrible on keeping there refund word... My boy friend in I took our phones a Lg stylo 4 & a galaxy 7 prime both the screens needed replaced. I got my phone out first literally not even a week later I was walking my dog n my screen fell off and without realizing it until stepping on it totally breaking it, Well I brought it up there before the month to get refunded as the Guarantee says. I had to wait for them to speak to the Mgr in witch said to only refund me 1/2 of my money back. I felt very unpleased at the matter cause I had already sent $ on a new phone. It donât stop there cause my boyfriend went in got his phone from there had it 2 days n the bottom of the screen started lifting Needless to say we had moved from Mustang all the way to Guthrie we canât just hop up and go over there because it was loose so of course he continued to use the phone which gets caught on things because itâs loose and it starts to break because itâs flimsy and brittle itâs a screen needless to say today when we called to get the phone back that they said that theyâve done everything they could They went above and beyond trying to help us which is a lie, and they said we said that about all three phones we only brought in two. And clearly it must be the same person youâve done them for both of them to happen like that and that they were not going to refund him his money that he had to pay the full price to get it fixed by them it is $130 went 2 days without a phone witch might I add is his Business phone, in being he is a Plumber if he does not have his phone he cnt get business, no business no money. This company is not about Customer service or keeping there Guarantee policy I do not recommend and I will never return...
Read moreWe had to order parts since my wife is attached to her ancient LG phone and they don't make them anymore so at this point I can only review their impressive customer service. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about identifying the problem. I won't be able to review the actual repairs until I return from a business trip, but I will definitely update this review then. Talking to Nick was like talking with a friend. If you aren't tech knowledgeable it can be kind of intimidating to deal with phone repairs, but I could tell right away that Nick is good people. He even gave me a veteran discount even though I didn't ask for it. We were talking about something else and he asked if I was a veteran, so I got a nice discount. My youngest son has had 3 repairs done by JPR and recommended coming here for my wife's phone repair.
It's in the building right across from the Whataburger, facing...
