Ok listen, we eat Swadley’s often and I have to admit I was getting kind of tired of it. I had a day off during the week JUST last month, and I wanted to do something nice for my husband’s students so I decided to get them breakfast before their exam. We thought breakfast burritos would be a great idea and had no clue that Swadley’s served breakfast. I discovered that I was able to get a dozen breakfast tacos for only 36 bucks! They have 6 different options but we choose 4 bacon, 4 smoked sausage and 4 brisket. WHEN I SAY HIS CLASS RAVED AAALLLLL DAY ABOUT THOSE TACOS, I MEAN IT! I wasn’t doing it for recognition but I know how it is to test early in the morning on an empty stomach. None of us knew about the breakfast at Swadleys and we were not disappointed. I myself had a bacon taco and oh my goodness it’s delicious. The tortilla is so soft, the cheese is freshly grated, the bacon is good and crispy, AND THE HASHBROWNS ARE UH-MAZING AND SEASONED TO PERFECTION! I know have to get two things of hashbrowns. Call me greedy because they already give you a ton, but that’s how much I love them!
I couldn’t get enough, so I decided to order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was mouthwatering good! I like my food hot and fresh and that’s what they give for breakfast every single time, for me at least. The biscuits are soft and buttery and it just seems like someone’s grandma makes them with love. I’m from the south, and my sister in law was considered the “biscuit lady” and I promise Swadley’s has her biscuits beat!

Read moreI had such a frustrating experience tonight. NOT with swadleys, but with their ordering process. I went online and ordered. The delivery person claimed that they knocked on our door and "attempted" to deliver. I know that they didn't, because we were inside the entire time, and our dog would have barked if someone knocked. I called to check on our order, and the delivery guy was returning our order as "undeliverable" saying that he tried to, and noone answered. I explained to him that he must have knocked on the wrong door and gave him directions and he, in a nutshell, said "oh well, take it up with postmates". Let me add that we live literally TWO minutes from swadleys, and I asked if he would come back with our order to the CORRECT place and he said no. Anyways, I called swadleys and explained the situation and I spoke with Diana, and she was EXCEPTIONAL. She hand delivered our order, even though that is not even required of her. And I am SO glad she did. Because after all of the chaos, I called post mates to complain about the driver and they said because I didn't have an account, they couldn't do anything about it. If the restaurant would not have been willing to deliver our food we would have been not only without food, but out of our money because post mates wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue.

Read moreWow! normally I would give this place a five star. However after today experience in mustang gets one star. Me and my family has supported this restaurant for many years. Yesterday late evening my son picked up an order for the family between 7:30pm 8:00pm. I ordered 2 ribs dinner Well the ribs wasn’t good I received ends not enough meat. I called and spoke with a manager he was really helpful wrote my name down for replacement. I go pick up my replacement let me say the waitress was very helpful and friendly. The general manager was out of line she argued with me over a two rib dinner for replacement. As if I was lying, until she called the shift manager and he also left a note with my name for replacement. He approved the replacement she informed me she didn’t know anything about it. Communication is the key. The crazy part is she knows me and my family very well. Swadleys has probably had to replace my order once or twice due to the ribs. However we have been supporting Swadleys for many years. Now you do the math. The shift manger and waitress had more sense then the general manager. Really was it really hurting you to replace a two rib dinner. What did you loose or gain. Great customer service goes a long way. Sorry general manager your ribs are not always perfect and it’s okay. However your customers who spends their money help your salary. Don’t smile at me when I’m coming in to spend my money. But argue with me when your customer is not satisfied. Think before you speak.
