I ordered using the Pizza Hut App and chose this store 141 E State Hwy 152 Set #101, Mustang, OK. 73064 for pick up. The app confirmed order and told me and gave me directions to the store. Once at the store location they did not have the order. When asking the two employees Maranda and Brock they said they have no control over the app, online or corporate doings. I asked for the storm owner and they gave me a card with Paul Foley's name on it saying Restaurant General Manager. They said he would not be there until tomorrow morning. I asked them to call Paul Foley and Maranda and Brock refused to do so. Brock told me I never once said please and was upset over nothing. He went on to say He and the store can refuse service to anyone and since I did not say please I needed to leave the store. The person I was with and myself left without order and no explanation as to why my app order that was confirmed and said ready for pick up was at the store. I even showed them the app saying order is ready and my confirmation email showing order placed and what location it was at. But Brock to me to leave because I did not once say please and was upset. Read moreVery upset. Ordered pizza and drinks online and when our order was delivered, they had forgotten our drinks. So I of course gave the store a call. Even tho our food was good, I was soon getting rather angry as I was placed on hold for about 30 mins then decided to call again. I talked to a guy who was willing to take my order but he said a manager would have to take care of the drinks. So he then placed me on hold again to wait for a manager. I am currently still on hold and have been for going on another 40 mins. So at this point I don’t think that I will be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. I know it was only a couple dollars but it’s the principle. I paid for product and didn’t receive it. Now I cannot get anyone on the phone. It’s after 10 pm and I have to work in the Am. He replied” no, if you want you can talk to my manager” very rudely. So the manager on duty came out and immediately started accusing of my wife of being in the wrong and step towards her in a threatening way, and said “if you hit me I will call the cops” my wife responded “why would I hit you?” While this was going on a man walked up who I believe is the manager of the store Paul, and said just call the cops. He did not even ask any questions of what happened he just heard her say you better not hit me. Very poor management we will not ever eat at this establishment again.
