I don’t normally write reviews, but this is an exceptional circumstance that I wanted to share. FSA is a company that truly cares about people and my recent experience is a testimony of the devoted service they provide. FSA went to great lengths to put my mind at ease and I am so thankful to have found them!

This past weekend I was startled by a phone call I received from the City of Myrtle Beach Police at 1:30am alerting me that a vehicle had crashed into the front door of our business and fled. I arrived my office 45 minutes later to find a huge mess of shattered glass everywhere. In addition to my safety, I was equally concerned that our front door was now wide open to intruders and who was I going to call in the middle of the night for help? I couldn’t just leave my office exposed but it also wasn’t safe for me to stay inside the building.

I knew it was not possible to have the glass repaired immediately but I needed a temporary “door” put up and the only places that are open at this hour are gas stations! I went online and started searching for emergency glass repair, emergency board up services, etc. I was placing calls to any company I could find that dealt with emergencies, regardless of the type of emergency.

Much to my surprise a gentleman by the name of Steve from FSA returned my call and said he could help me. This is not the answer I was expecting because FSA deals with fire and water damage and I had already spoken with another company that does the same kind of work and was told they only assist with fire and water damage – not glass damage. I was so relieved when Steve told me he could have someone at my office within an hour to install a large piece of plywood!

As promised, a very pleasant young man arrived (I can’t remember his name) and he had the plywood installed within 15 minutes. This wasn’t just a “sheet” of plywood; it was a heavy, solid piece of wood that he drilled into the door frame. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without their help. The fact that someone came to my rescue in the middle of the night just to put up a piece of plywood speaks volumes. This to me shows the company's primary concern is for the customer and not necessarily the monetary return.

I am in the service business as well and we do many things above and beyond our job description.Neighbors helping neighbors is what it’s all about and FSA is certainly a company that cares and one you can count on. Their kindness and good will is rare! I would highly...

We are so very thankful for Tony Brumfield, FSA and their wonderful team of specialists and subcontractors who came to the aid of my 92-year-old mother after Hurricane Florence wrecked havoc on her home. She returned from her first ever evacuation in 53 years Sunday afternoon (9/16/18) after the storm to find rain soaked bedrooms compliments of a tree-sized branch that crashed down on her roof from a giant oak. Needless to say, she called me, her daughter, in Florida. I, in turn, reached out to her neighbor who recommended Tony and the good folks at FSA. I spoke to Tony that evening and he was “Johnny on the spot”. He had tree removal folks there first thing the following morning and a roofer to tarp the roof until work could begin in earnest. In the meantime I initiated the insurance claim and arrived in Myrtle Beach on Tuesday 9/18.

FSA wasted no time tearing out and removing waterlogged drywall, ceilings, insulation, carpeting and flooring, sealed off damaged areas and brought in dehumidifiers to dry everything out. By the time I had to return to Florida two weeks later, Mother’s home was dried out and ready to be put to rights again. The only negative in the entire experience was dealing with the insurance company and their field inspectors. Tony estimated that all work could be completed in 30-45 days once approval was received. Unfortunately it took the insurance company over 60 days to issue a reasonable estimate, so work was was not able to begin until 11/25/18. Needless to say, living in a home where half of it was a construction site was taking a toll on my 92-year-old mother. We are so very grateful to Tony and FSA, as they pulled out all the stops and had all interior and nearly all exterior work completed by December 15th - greatest Christmas present ever!

Long story short, I can’t begin to say enough positive things about FSA, Tony Brumfield and their team of specialists. Working with them long-distance to put my mother’s home back together was effortless, and everyone we came into contact with were so kind and professional.

I recently had the privilege of working with Belfor the Myrtle Beach office, on the cleanup of a condemned property. From start to finish, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and grace. It's rare to come across a company that not only excels at what they do but also treats their clients with such empathy and care—especially when dealing with something as difficult as a condemned house.

From my first contact with Belfor, the office staff was attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They understood the sensitive nature of the job and immediately made me feel at ease. They patiently answered all my questions, explained the process in detail, and kept me updated. Their communication was excellent, and they were available to address any concerns I had.

The project manager, Barrett, was exceptional. His ability to balance professionalism with kindness was truly impressive. He took the time to explain the scope of the project, addressed any potential issues beforehand, and ensured everything was done with care and precision. Throughout the project, Barrett was available to answer questions, and always communicated any updates or changes promptly.

The crew who came in to perform the cleaning was equally as impressive. They worked diligently, carefully, and efficiently to remove debris and to clear the property. Not only were they highly skilled, but they were also kind and respectful. They went above and beyond to ensure that the property was left in a safe and clean condition, and they did so with a positive attitude that made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.

In short, I could not be more pleased with the services provided by Belfor. They not only exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and expertise but also demonstrated a level of compassion and customer care that is hard to find in today’s world.
