Atwoods — Attraction in Nacogdoches

I usually enjoy shopping here. But service can be slow at times. I bought a sprayer which could not be assembled due to a manufacturing defect. Not Atwoods fault but I spent a couple of hours attempting to assemble before recognizing the problem. Upon return to the store, I was offered refund, exchange, or upgrade to a different product. I chose the latter and found on the shelve a display model that was clearly 2 to 3 years old (due to dust residue), had broken fittings, and was plumbed incorrectly when assembled by staff. I inquired about a price concession due to the issues and was advised that no one in the store could make that decision, they would contact the manager. I waited 30 minutes longer to be told the manager would only concede less than half of what I was expecting. I felt the staff knew the concession was inadequate. I had wasted additional time. I took the refund and found the same product elsewhere new and unopened for less than was I was willing to pay for the damaged display. Someone at the store needs to be authorized to make a decision. I was not pleased with this transaction.

Well, I was pleased to see Atwood's reply that they were concerned about my review and wanted more info. But when I called the "Customer Support Team" as requested, I got "Karen" on the phone who didn't seem to understand why I was calling. Instead, she wanted to send me a link to complete a form so they would have my comments in writing. I told her I had already submitted a review in writing. I just wanted a "thank you" and a comment that they would address the issue for future transactions. I did not want a reply from a Bot which "appears" (but does not) express...

Never had a bad experience until the other day, i found some jeans that were on sale and the last ones there. Went to check out and the cashier couldn't ring them up because they were supposedly not in the system called a manager over the phone and the manager kept asking multiple questions after being told multiple time how much they were supposedly marked down and where they were located etc. They had an employee go check and sure enough couldnt find any other jeans the same and the manager still refused to mark them down and they held me up for about 30 minutes or more! I was extremely upset because i really wanted that pair of jeans and they wouldnt even sell them at its original price or just didnt want too! I was never rude till the end and just told them i wasnt going to keep waiting because it seemed like they didnt even know what they were doing or what to do. I constantly go there to buy my dog food and multiple clothing items but I will never be going there again after this crap...

I like the Atwood’s Farm and Ranch Store. I have visited the one in Nacogdoches many times. The Atwoods store has a variety of many things including food and clothing and shoes boots besides the tools that you need on a farm.We purchase feed there often. I like looking through the variety of the canned foods and different sauces and jellies and purchase some occasionally but they do seem a little higher price than other places. We purchased a firearm there lately and they seem to be helpful with most things there’s not that many people working on the floor that if you needed something you could ask them otherwise you will have to find someone for some assistance. I’m not complaining about that because I know that is the way it is a lot of places now after Covid. The store is clean there’s plenty of room to move around and I don’t have any complaints about it if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary I would...
