I recently had the pleasure of exploring Napa Premium Outlets, and overall, my experience was quite positive, earning it a solid four stars. This shopping destination offers a variety of brands and a pleasant atmosphere that caters to both locals and visitors alike.

In the restroom today, the cleaning employee was cursing that patron's were using the restroom while he was cleaning it. Spoke with the management office and I was confronted with excuses and their hiring practices instead of empathy and consoling me. I only heard a sorry from the management staff as I was walking out the door. will not be returning to the property.

UPDATE: Emailed Simon Property whom owns the property about filing a complaint on how management handled my complaint about the employee cursing, was contacted by the property manager and not her boss. Sad that the Corp that owns the property does not care to handle complaints about their individual property management professionally. Will not be shopping at any Simon property owned...

In a nutshell: Its a small and OK Outlet! Have seen better, have seen worse.

You can quickly get through the shops, which are arranged around the large rectangular parking lot. Choice of brands is limited but still ok. There's a small café and a small food court with three small food joints. When I was there (Feb' 23), only one was available, though. Another was closed and the last was under construction. Deals in the stores were good, got some pretty good rebates (especially at Tommy Hilfiger).

If you are passing through and just want to see whether there are some good deals in place — go for it. If you are on the lookout for a bigger outlet with a large choice of brands (which is your only destination for the day) you're probably better...
