Would be a 5 star review if they understood hours of operation.. was just turned away at 7:54 when they close at 8pm because they “have a lockout on their computers at 8pm” even tho it took them 2.5 minutes to have a manager come tell me “by the time we let you in and you choose your products it will be past 8pm” and this was being told to me at 7:57pm when I know Exactly what I wanted and would have been done and gone. Had they just let me in at 7:55 to grab my one item I came to purchase with cash, this wouldn’t be my review! So set your clocks because every second is more important for them than helping a customer for one more minute of their time.. even if it takes longer to tell you why they can’t help you before they are closed.. Will probably still buy from here, but lesson learned.. never come back if you aren’t at least 30 min early before the time they...

Sage was extremely sweet and helpful! I came in to pick up my online order and she checked to see if I had any rewards, I did (only been here once? How cool!). I forgot I didn’t have a battery for the Alien Labs cartridge I was buying and told Sage I would just pay for my cartridge, grab a battery and then get back in line (since there were a few people behind me) and she assured me she could take care of me right then, walked me over to the battery table and helped me pick out the right battery for my cartridge. When we walked back up to the front, she even double checked that my cartridge and the battery I was buying were compatible. Sage went above and beyond to help me and did so with such a friendly attitude. I will definitely be returning to Cookies due to her wonderful guest experience....

GOT FALSELY ACCUSED OF STEALING told them to check me or the cameras security guard (Luke) instead of taking the initiative of checking the cameras he stood there and argued with me about it for 10 min while waiting in line till he saw I was about to pay and he told an employee supposedly manger of cookies to check the cameras and she came back and I told them if they in fact found me stealing anything and they were so upset that they were in the wrong that they couldn’t even admit to me that I was in the right and did NOT STEAL. Not only that but I then came back the next day since they decided to kick me out that day and found out I’m banned now?????Do not recommend coming here unless you want to be discriminated and accused of stealing.
