I gave it a 3 star rating given that I’m a regular customer and some of the staff are very helpful and attentive however I have experienced discrimination and rude behavior from the oldest employee kellie. I’ve worked retail so I understand you have bad days but you have to remain professional and watch your tone and approach with your customers . Ive been rushed and when asked for help, she was rude in her tone and approach and demanding to know what I needed. It made me uncomfortable to ask her for help so I someone else. Another previous experience with her was that I requested an item and she was very short and quick to say it’s not in stock while another employee went beyond to look and found the items. Kellie is particular to who she wants to help and how she will help them. I seen she has approached women of color very differently. I am a women of color and I’ve felt the mistreatment. Read moreThe Staff was incredibly rude. As I entered the store she began complaining about being open at that hour and how " everyone has jobs and is working so no one is at the outlets." I was pretty surprised but she carried on then asked if I needed help, which I denied, at this time I recognized her from a previous encounter where she pushed hard for me to buy things I didn't want. I understand people are stressed but I don't feel that I should be made to feel uncomfortable going into a store that is open because the employee doesn't agree with company policy.
