This is in response to Tarik Cogal’s false statements made below. This man called the store and immediately became irate. He called one of the female managers trying to help him a “C**T.” After she refused to deal with him and rightfully so, I then got on the phone with him while he was still screaming. He was screaming so loud that the staff standing nearby could hear him.

He was told by the female manager and myself that he cannot scream obscenities at our staff. He was told to calm down and speak calmly without graphic language or threats. He refused to calm down and act like a human being towards our staff. His purchase was a final sale stated multiple times. He thought harassing us while screaming obscenities was appropriate.

No one deserves to be screamed at let alone insulted and threatened repeatedly. I protected myself and our staff as any decent person would.

The staff at both outlet stores works extremely hard to provide the best items at the best price daily. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to help any customers. His review is completely false and he conveniently left out his horrible behavior while trying to cause harm to the...

Not only does this place offer a wide selection of scratch and dent pieces for sale, but you also get a great sense of the variations of build quality and materials used for different pieces of furniture this company contracts. That examination of quality can lead you towards making an informed personal decision on which pieces to rate higher than others. For me I found their upholstered furniture a much higher quality than expected and their panel furniture like dressers much lower.

Let me begin by saying that I am a huge CB2 fan and own plenty of the brands furniture as well as home decor. I was excited to shop the outlet.

This place is laughable. A pure comedy show. Every single piece of furniture had major damage. Not slight imperfections, but dents and chips and cracks and scratches.

The offensively absurd asking prices: $500 and up. I wouldn’t have paid $50 for any of the garbage being passed off as remotely suitable.

Save your time, energy, money, dignity et al and go to the ROOM & BOARD OUTLET in OAK BROOK instead.
