Starbucks — Restaurant in Naperville

This is the first time I've stopped by this store to buy coffee. I was very specific about what kind of coffee I wanted. The young Black girl was rude and disrespectful to me. I simply ordered an iced espresso coffee with white chocolate mocha and light heavy cream in a venti cup. I don't know what her problem was, but she made two cups: one hot and one cold. She acted like I was asking for free coffee.

She added to the cup and let hot coffee into it, then added three pumps of white chocolate mocha, and then put some ice in the cup. It tasted like watered-down coffee with no sugar, then put white chocolate mocha and ices. It was terrible. Then she went to call someone, like the manager, to talk to me. I didn't care, and I wanted to talk to the manager to complain about that young girl. She needs to learn how to serve customers and be polite, even if something has happened. An awesome place to ne. The space I chose was Starbucks. Never in my life would I have imagined that I would be interested in writing a great review about this. I am currently traveling from Canada....Vancouver to be exact and it has been a place that I have been frequently visiting to sit down and take care of my work away from home. I was asked for a review, interesting. I have lived for 76 years without even a sip of coffee. I think the smell is nauseating & hate having to anywhere near any coffee shop.
