We would highly recommend a swingset from Rainbow Play Systems of Chicago in Naperville. We worked with their new manager, Danny J. I think he was one of the new owners. He was really knowledgeable and directed us to the right decision for us. We were completely confused and had no clue what we would need in a swingset. We had no issues with purchasing or installation. Danny spent a lot of time with us during the decision to purchase. He was really great. He grew up his whole life with Rainbow so he would know best. It was so good to hear someone's point of view who grew up with the set and the business. We ended up with the King Kong Ginourmous!! It is huge!! And so fun! I enjoy playing on it with my daughter when I get home from work. Yes, I'm being honest. It is a sturdy tough built set. We added lights so we can use it at night and read stories. Then we added a movie display option so now we use it as a movie theatre. It is so much fun!!! My wife has a playdate once a week and almost every weekend. Rainbow Play Systems worked with our charitable organization to design a child in need with the perfect playset for her siblings and her. The product was top-of-the-line and Bri, the rep we worked with, was outstanding. We expected to come in to pick out a playset but what we got was much more. The swing sets are constructed well and are customize-able. Bri walked us through which base playset would work for their situation, knowledgeable in the construction (weight rating etc.), and how to customize to their needs. We purchased a system last year and initially plan was for a basic slide and swing, but after checking out the catalogue and the showroom we ended up changing it up and getting a play house on the bottom more swings and I have to say it was not a cheap purchase (more i ever imagined spending on a kids playset) but the quality can’t be beat, its solid wood, quality chains and heady duty construction. It’s an investment and our children love it and getting lots of use out of it. It looks fantastic in the yard. The sale staff was wonderful, was up front about pricing and installed in a timely way.
