Good signage and helpful staff.
I recommend checking the electronics recycling page on the Naperville city website before hauling your stuff here. The list of accepted items and fees could change slightly. I've called a number from the website (during typical business hours) to double check if I could drop off a certain item before and they did answer my question.
They currently charge like $20 or $30 for large monitor or TV disposal. Last time I was able to pay the fee online and showed them the receipt in my email when I pulled up. The facility has been staffed every time I have visited, even right at closing time, and I have never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes. All staff, notably the gentleman who seems to be there most often, are super-friendly and informative when talking about what items they will take or not. I'm also not too concerned with having to pay a nominal amount for their "public service" of recycling an old tv away from a landfill (these are costly...
