The manager of the dispensary reached out to me almost IMMEDIATELY regarding my negative experience and resolved the issue I had with my experience in a very kind and generous way for the inconvenience I had. I was incredibly impressed by their quick replies and understanding. Great example of how businesses should respond when mistakes or errors are made. I do recommend this dispensary and will return after resolution of my experience. Terrible experience I traveled AN HOUR from my home after placing an order containing two tshirts I’d been searching everywhere for for a Christmas gift. I received a confirmation that my order was ready for pickup, the order I placed online. So, I started my hour long ride out to this dispensary to pick up the order I was told was ready. Upon arriving, I was told they didn’t have the shirts I wanted in the color and sizes I ordered. Then I was given the total amounting 30 dollars over what I was told my online total was. Absolutely ridiculous that they say they have things in stock online, accept the orders for these out of stock items and then tell you your order is ready for pick up when HALF your order isn’t even available. I needed to renew my medical card recently, and called this location to see if they had any pointers or resources available for renewing. Within about five minutes, the employee on the other end of the line had me all ready to go with super clear instructions on what digital resources to use for the process. Her kind help really took all the guesswork out of the process, and she was excellent on the phone. I wish I remembered her name, because thanks to her, the renewal process sincerely took no time at all due to the information she provided. She was the best!

I also have to shout out the incredible service and clean environment whenever I've gone physically into this location prior. They've also made improvements to how they receive customers over the years which has definitely helped them move lines even faster.
