went on the 12:30 tour and loved the experiance. we had a large tour group filled with both younger and older people.
Our Tour guide Emily did a great job of making sure we all stayed together and giving us facts about the tower,Carillons, Naperville , and the sights we could see from atop the tower.
the tour was well paced. i was able to walk the 253 stairs without feeling rushed or out of breath (plenty of benches if you needed to rest)

Unfortunately, guided tour of the Bell Tower is the only possible way, should you wish to behold Chicago Skyline from its observation deck provided the sky is clear.
• Do keep this in mind & pre-book a guided tour to the tower.
• $3 for ages 5+.
• Use an Elevator to the top in case you can’t use the stairs.
