Shopping at Costco is always a rewarding experience. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with wide aisles, neatly organized displays, and an incredible variety of products. The store is designed for convenience, making it easy to find everything from groceries and household items to electronics, clothing, and seasonal goods—all in one place. The sense of value is undeniable, with bulk packaging that saves both money and time, especially for families or anyone who likes to stock up. One of the highlights for me is the quality of the products. Costco consistently offers fresh produce, top-quality meats, and bakery items that taste homemade. Their prepared foods, like rotisserie chicken or ready-made meals, are both delicious and affordable, perfect for busy days. Beyond food, their selection of electronics, appliances, and household essentials is impressive, and the prices are hard to beat. The service also stands out. Employees are always friendly and helpful, whether you need assistance locating an item or loading heavy purchases. The checkout process is quick and efficient, especially with self-checkout lanes speeding things up. And of course, the return policy is excellent, which gives peace of mind with every purchase. Another detail I appreciate is the little extras that make shopping enjoyable—sampling stations that let you try new items, a food court offering tasty options at unbeatable prices, and the consistent cleanliness of the store. Parking is convenient, and even though the store can get busy, it never feels overwhelming thanks to its spacious layout. Overall, Costco is more than just a wholesale store—it’s a destination that combines value, quality, and convenience. Whether I need everyday essentials, special treats, or even big-ticket items, I know I’ll find them here at a fair price. It’s a place I always look forward to visiting.

Since it's almost impossible to file a complain with Costco, here it is. I have an executive member card i have been shopping at Costco for a long time and my kids enjoy and grew up shopping at Costco but I have never in my entire life could imagine that a Costco employee could walked up to my 6 year old daughter and ask her if she had paid for the item she’s carrying. A six year old. Yes a six year old! My daughter reminded me to buy her favorite snacks. We went and bought the snacks, put the receipt in my pocket and went walking around the store and this employee, her name tag read JAN walked up to my daughter and started interrogating her like she’s a criminal. Asking my daughter if had paid for the item. Who in their right mind could ask a child such questions? I couldn’t believe the amount of hatred and racism that could be directed towards a person. I mean the audacity hatred. I mean the psychological damage this could cause to a child. I (father) told the employee (JAN) why are you interrogating my daughter? Why are you talking to her? Even if you think she stole the item, there’s employees by the exit gate checking for receipts. We did not walk into your house. We walked into Costco. Costco is not paying you to be hateful. In 2025. To add insult to injury, I walked up to another employee with a name tag (SAM) and explained the situation that I would like to file a complaint and write down the manager name so I can call and refused. Let Costco use the receipt info to view the cameras.

We came to Costco to shop and buy things. Everything was good and we got what we wanted. Until at the cashier. We used my Uncle’s Costco card. My cousin’s card was in the car at the parking lot. So we asked if it’s okay. They have the same surname (father and son). After the cashier lady asked, we said the owner of the card is not here. But his son is here and the card is in the car. We can go get the other card if she really wants. She went on and on saying the owner of the card needed to be present.. and said she’ll let us off this once. But next time my uncle must be here. We said okay. Then when it’s time to pay. More than a thousand USD, we tried to pay with our credit card. And she doesn’t allow us to. We asked why Costco doesn’t accept visa? She said it’s because we are not member. So my cousin said he’ll walk to the car to get the card. So we can use credit card as $1000+ cash is a lot of money. The cashier lady said No, it’s already too late as she already keyed the total bill into the system. We looked at each other with surprise! We didn’t want to create a scene. So we took whatever cash we have on us and paid it. But it was a very unpleasant experience. She was so rude. I can tell her colleague was pretty surprised too. He was helping us pack our things into the box. He was speechless. We still love Costco. But it’s such a bad experience. We’ll paying customers, she didn’t have to be so rude.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last week I drove 1.5hrs to this Costco to purchase alcohol and food for my wedding. While shopping, I pulled aside multiple employees confirming that I COULD return alcohol. I was reassured by every employee that yes, I COULD return the alcohol so I bought what I thought I needed and extras just in case because I was again told I could RETURN IT. Fast forward to this Tuesday, my mom and I drove the 1.5hrs back up to Costco on her last night visiting from CA because we had used her membership to make the purchase. We get there and the manager immediately tells me "You can't return alcohol, its a NH state law" to that I said "That is actually not true, I was just at the NH Liquor & Wine Outlet and returned liquor there no problem before driving across the street to come here". The manager continued to be snippy with me and said "Well I don't know who told you, that you could return it but you CANT" I told her "Well it seems like a problem with your staff because not one but multiple of them told me I could return it and I have now wasted my final day with my mom, who i see once a year, to drive all the way back here. Is there ANYTHING you can do for me?" To that she said "No" and walked away from me. I then continued to ask the other employee who had been standing there if I could try to return it to a Costco in MA, to which again they said "HMMM you should be fine" and to that I wanted to lose my mind. As Costco employees, who Costco is constantly praised to have amazing return policies, they not only provided me wrong information, had no way to fix their mistake, AND couldn't bother to take the time to look up if I indeed could return the alcohol to a MA Costco!! The icing on the cake with this situation was I had tried calling the store THREE separate times before I drove up there to again confirm and yet no one would answer the phone. As stated above, my mom is the one who has the Costco memebership and when I first purchased the alcohol (and another $400+ in food) I was excited to get my own membership. However, after this experience and this store being my "local" Costco, I will NOT be purchasing a membership because I am blown away with how they treated me when it was their employees who provided me with false information in the...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! Costco is always busy and crowded place. But, lack of notification and unprofessionalism staff compelled me to give low star today. My mother has been a Costco executive member for many years. She is allowed to do two transactions each visit. Today, She asked for a temporary pass because she forgot her wallet at home. During check out, the cashier asked us,” who’s the member?” I pointed out to her. Then, she told me only she is allowed to pay with ”credit card,” or else if ”you!!” are paying, then it has to be debit card or cash! I tried to explain the cashier that several times even though she was member and we always shop together and i also pay for the whole transaction. I explained to her that no-one ever inform us about this before and we had this issue before. She said this system has been running from 3-5months. WAIT!! we were there like a month ago, and no one even stopped or informed us about the ”credit card” policy. Pulling my debit card and cashing out is not the big deal. But the instant question, behavior of the people made me question why they allowed a month ago and the cashier is telling that happening from several months. She directly pointed out to the manager with minimum conversation. We were aware that Costco only takes a Visa card. , we had always made sure that we have that particular card with us. I don’t understand and i don’t no if any one walks around with hundreds of bills carrying with them. I don’t understand why they were okay a month ago and suddenly they were so hyper about this policy without even any explanation. ???? If they had the ”only executive member credit” payment policy, why they never notify about this loud.??? I am aware that only the members are allowed to shop. It is not that I took her membership card and still had the audacity to discuss. At this point we still didn’t took that issue personally. We went to the customer service to make sure about the payment system change. They lack to provide enough JUSTIFICATION about the changes. We end up canceling our membership. This is notice to costco that you should notify people about your changes, not to force your employee to embarrass people lacking...

After being in quarantine for nearly 6 months my mom wanted to get out of the house and do some shopping at Costco she’s 90 years old I am 54 years old. I took her to Costco at 9am for the senior hours. I went in to get her a automated cart to drive around the store in, brought it to my car , helped my mom get on it and we headed into the store together This is where I was verbally assaulted by a man telling us that we could not go in together and because I was under 60 I was not allowed to company my 90-year-old mom into the store. At 90 years old my mom is very frail feeble and has a hard time dealing with things by herself. This is why I need to accompany her while she goes shopping because she is un capable of doing this by herself. I explain to the man that she couldn’t shop by herself and we just drove up here so that I could take her shopping he told me She can go into the store but I would have to wait outside because I was under 60. He was very rude and not understanding of the situation at all to both of us. He could clearly see the shape and condition that my mom was in and he couldn’t care less. Finally I told my mom looks like you’ll have to go shopping by yourself and I’ll wait outside for you. Finally the guy feeling pressure I think from another Costco person there said OK I’ll let you both in this one time only but don’t ever try to do this again. If this is how we’re treating senior citizens at Costco we have truly have become a lost society. If she had gone in there by herself and had a seizure with no one around there to help her what would Costco have done then? This person should be fired for the way that they deal with public they should not even be allowed near the public they should be locked in a room counting receipts or something because they have no civil decency to deal with the public or senior citizen for that matter. I’m going to call the head office is at Costco and tell them what happened maybe they’ll change the management at the store because the person who was working at the front door was so pathetic I don’t even know how...
