I went into Hannoush in Nashua after trying all the other chain jewelry stores looking for a wedding band that matched my engagement ring that we had purchased from another jeweler. It was not part of a matching set, so I was becoming sure that I was going to have to settle for something that was not really what I wanted. I came in and met Shannon and Emily, who immediately started the process of creating the perfect ring for me. Emily measured the ring, the gold surrounding the channel setting, checked the diamonds in my engagement ring. She went into the computer and put in precise instructions along with a drawing that she made of what she envisioned. Emily assured me that the ring would be perfect, and that I would love it. Both girls had complete confidence that this would be done right and was just what I was looking for. Being used to being disappointed now and then in the past, I still had my doubts, it was such a big thing to me, and I was nervous. Also, they only had 4 weeks to work with. Emily said she would make it happen, and she did. Days before my ring was expected to be finished, she called me and had it in hand. My fiancé and I went in to pick it up, and I was thrilled! It could not be more perfect, the stones glitter and are free of carbon spots, the gold is perfectly measured to match my engagement ring. I never thought I would be so happy with a jeweler, but yesterday, we were married, and I can not stop looking at my beautiful wedding band set. THANK YOU EMILY AND SHANNON! I stopped into Hannoush Jewlers in June to start shopping for an Engagement ring for my girlfriend. Bill was happy to help. He gave me a rundown on the different quality levels and ring styles. I showed him some rings that her sister said she liked, gave him my price range and it only took us a few minutes to decide on one. We decided on a split shank, square halo setting that was beautiful. He also hooked me up with a 0.9 carat lab grown diamond. He mentioned how lab grown diamonds are easier on the wallet and better for the environment so i was all for it. After finalizing everything, it only took about a week to get the ring set and ready to go. He was so helpful and made the experience really easy for someone who has never shopped for jewelry before.

Fast forward a couple months, my new Fiancee and I had to go back to buy a replacement ring because Im dumb and hid it in my luggage that we checked in and the airport 'lost' on us, but thats a whole different story (I had to propose with a picture on my phone 😂). Anyway, we went back and Noah helped us this time. He was really sympathetic towards our situation and was happy to help us. I brought the receipt from before and they had no problem duplicating the original ring. They had the same ring in stock at a different location and they were able to give us a bigger lab grown diamond, at 1.02 carat, at a higher quality, for the same price as before. We ended up buying insurance and a 1-time-fee care package, good for life, this time for our own assurance. The second time only took about an hour and was easier than the first time. They said it should be ready in a week or so.

I’ve always had the best experience at Hannoush, but working with their jeweler, Zari (sp?) - what an amazing experience. He absolutely blew me away with what he was able to do. After 20 years of wearing my wedding ring set, I needed to have them sized up to fit over my (older) knuckles. Instead of taking my rings on my first visit, he wanted to make absolutely sure we got the right size so he sent me home and told me not to wear any rings for two weeks to make sure there was no swelling (from wearing the over-tight rings). When I went back, he took his time with me, lots of time, and talked about what I wanted from them when it was done. He walked me through several options with the pros and cons of each. My large diamond was not secured in the setting and several of my smaller diamonds on the other rings were very loose. Again, he took his time walking me through what he was going to do to fix them and then gave me a price. Zari understood that I did not want to part with my wedding rings, So he went out of his way to complete the work within a few hours. What I saw when I picked them up, absolutely blew me away. They are now so much more beautiful than they ever have been. The picture I attached in this review, does not do it justice with all the work that he did.
