One star is being generous, horrible customer service! BEWARE of the manager in the Nashua location. We ordered a dress at the end of February (paid in full), it had to be ordered as the dress in the store was damaged. I called on March 20th (a month later) to check on the status of the dress, was told that they had spoken with the designer and the dress should ship at the end of that week beginning of next. Monday April 8th, we still had not received the dress, I called every day that week to try to get an update. I left messages and was told each time that I would get a call back, never did and by Friday I was at a loss. On Saturday we ended up driving to the store, we found out from a sales associate that the dress was only ordered on March 20th after I called (not in February). The manager was the individual that sold us the dress, she would not own up to her mistake at all, ownership and honesty go a long way but she was not having it. She told us that the dress was at the Danvers location. After much back and forth we drove to Danvers even though she told us we could not pick it up. We got the dress, my daughter tried it on and it definitely was not the new dress that we ordered. We believe it was the dress she originally tried on that had been brought to the seamstress to be fixed. The sales associate in Danvers (Bella) was amazing and did everything she could to try to fix the situation. She brought our concerns to the seamstress and they fixed what they could. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI worked at this location for two weeks and quit because they wouldnāt pay me. I was hired during an over the phone interview at $21/hr. On my first day, they didnāt have me fill out any paperwork stating this. They didnāt even have me sign up for direct deposit. A week goes by (they get paid weekly), and I still havenāt been paid. They have me send sensitive personal info over text to set up direct deposit, then have me download an app to sign up again. Another week goes by and I still havenāt been paid. Then they say oh by the way we canāt pay you what we said we would- thereās a probationary period where weāll pay you $18/hr for the first three to four months. Ridiculous. And then they cut my hours every week to barely part time. They told me Iād be full time but I come to find out later the system has me set for part time. When they finally did pay me it was only for the first week IN CASH at the $18/hr. They said oh maybe we can try for $21/hr but the owner is the one holding it up. I just got paid for my second week, cash again, for only $18/hr. They still havenāt paid me for my first few days and none of my tips were paid.
A couple side notes on my stay with this business: there was one day I stayed there for two hours and nobody showed up to open the store. The manager was always at least an hour late to open, and sheād usually bring her dog, who peed on the magazines and pooped on the floor.
Overall, 10/10 worst job Iāve ever had. Donāt buy from this store- your money isnāt paying...

Store is exceptionally busy on this day which generally brings to light the imperfections of a business. This day shows not only to our group but to the other 2+ dozen families/patrons of this branchās serious mismanagement due to what appeared a lack of leadership of managerial presence and training of customer representatives. Despite having what appeared to be 5 representatives of Glitterai behind the counter, only one was physically cashing out customers to which a line of 12+ customers had formed, 3 were behind one monitor and one other bouncing from helping work peers at the counter to being on the service floor assisting customers. All employees were clearly overly stressed from being overwhelmed by the influx of customers yet the only one who remained professional and apologetic to our group was the representative bouncing around. Returned @4:40 after getting phone call to try on dresses being finally having an open fitting room. One of three dresses which had been tried on was a total winner and purchased. Review...
