ProCare Nail and Spa (inside pheasant lane mall) — Attraction in Nashua

I went in with dip and needed it removed. The drill was so hot and I kept pulling my hand away. It continued with every single finger even though she told me to let her know if it was hot…I did but she never stopped to just soak longer.

I asked for French dip. The women was new because the man was telling her to steps in what to do (which is fine of course- everyone learns at some point) but I wish maybe she had spoke up and said she hadn’t done it before. The white covered almost half of some nails, some curved, some straight, blurry lines, no sharpness to them, they all looked different. I told her by the 4th finger, I was unsure if I liked it. I usually trust the process but I didn’t want to waste her time. She said let me finish so I did. It went on and got worse so I spoke up again to her. At this point she mentioned it to her manager. I told them filing them down isn’t going to help. But they both did anyway leaving some long and some short. I really just wanted it all soaked off and to do a regular color.

The manager told me he would paint over the French. He told me I had to pick a dark color so it would cover it- which I did not want but had no choice because they weren’t taking off the work she had done, so I had to put gel over the dip.

I never complain. I am reasonable. The sign posted says to come back within 3 days if not satisfied…but why allow a costumer even leave not feeling satisfied? I spoke up early! I also understand you want payment for your work but to not even give 50% off! Barely any acknowledgment. I was there forever and I had to walk...

Me an some my favorite girls had a girls day an went to pro care nails an spa at the mall on saturday afternoon.. As I had previously heard great things from another friend....and I am so glad we went .. Jeanna did my gel extensions an his attention to detail an professionalism was amazing ...he also did mummas fill an They also came out amazing..Jimmy worked on on my bestie an she too says best nail she has had done in long time.. an the prices are right in line...but u wont get the same amazing service....the woman who owns the facility is actually traveling soon to Japan to bring some new techniques back to share with us westerners an will be offering some more exciting services..... they also have alot other services already to name a few ..toes.. facials ..massages..plus more . I will absolutely be returning .an i higly recommend next time you get your nail ..toes or just want relax..that you visit them also... i promise you will not be disappointed.. . everyone was so friendly and again there technique an professionalism was on point... ps ..you can also get like a servie card After 10 nail visit u get free ..an who doesn't like that!.
