I ordered a gift from this company to be delivered for a birthday. The address was inputted incorrectly. No one called with the delivery attempt, rather they emailed. I called them within 30 minutes of them reaching out. They informed me they wouldn’t be able to re deliver unless I paid an $30 more in addition to the $15 delivery fee I had already paid. The gal I spoke to argues with me that someone had called and left a voicemail, which they had not. Mistakes happen, and the address was on me. However, the response from the business was less than friendly customer service.
Edit: As a response to the owners message below, no one ever indicated that the address was outside any delivery area. The address is a Nashville address. I even called the previous day to ensure that you could deliver there and was still never told that the address was outside of your delivery area. Even if it was outside the delivery area, you accepted the order without any issues to start with. It is now 11:30 am and the likely hood of finding another company to deliver today for a friends birthday is next to none. High Note Gifts went out of their way to help me pull off a heartfelt "welcome to Nashville" surprise for my mom. I wanted to do something nice for my mom, who is relocating to Nashville in her retirement. I had planned to make a Nashville-themed gift basket on my own, but when I saw High Note gifts, I knew they had me covered. I selected the perfect gift, and High Note worked with me to set up and confirm the delivery. Piece of cake! Unfortunately, I didn't realize there were several apartment complexes with the exact same name, and I sent the gift to the wrong address. Realizing the mistake only after delivery and a frantic call from a very confused leasing office, I was at a loss to resolve the situation. I contacted High Note to explain the what had happened as they had already been so helpful to ensure the delivery. As a long shot, I asked if they could redeliver to the correct location for a fee.
