We were the lady customers of the night and received service like we were the first. We were greeted with smiles and explanations of the menu's items and apologies for being out of the Goat Birria option. You walk up to a good truck right before close, you know it's a chance they're out of something, so it was really nice how kind they were about it. The tacos themselves were absolutely amazing. Perfectly seasoned and juicy chicken. The taco was so good I really didn't even need to dip it. But when I did the broth did not disappoint at all. The Ramen... ummm.... look its so good and such a different experience that you've really just got to do yourself a favor and try it.

Ohh myyy goddddd the barria was sooo good juicy flavorful and the consume ohh my god like heaven in my mouth FIRST TIME HERE AND IM DEFINITELY GOING TO BE A REGULAR I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT YOUR SOUL AND TATSE BUDS BLESSED PLEASE STOPPPPPP HERE !!! PSA BEST BARRIA IN NASHVILLE

Wow! So I have a running document of every food experience I've had in Nashville and I'm up to about 150 places I've visited. Birria Babe is in my top 5. This place is phenomenal. It starts with the staff being so kind and friendly. It felt like everyone working there really cares about our experience—and they enjoy working there! That matters to me because genuine customer service is a dying art these days. Food came out in about 10 minutes max. I would recommend the trio of quesabirria tacos because it's the perfect amount of each type and you can always go back for more. It's just divine. Crunchy shell with such juicy meat and cheese on the inside. I highly recommend trying the different salsas they give you. It takes each bite to a new level. These birria tacos are clearly...

Insanely delicious food made with care.

My wife and I heard about this food truck from a Nashville foodies Facebook group.

Didn’t disappoint! We ordered 6 Birria tacos, Birria ramen, Birria nachos, and 2 tres leches.

-Birria tacos were the best I’ve had anywhere in the area.

-Birria ramen was a unique and great experience. I’ll come back for this!

-Birria nachos were good but didn’t blow my mind like the other stuff.

-Tres leches was great

-Her hot sauce/salsas are delicious and taste homeade. She puts love into every detail of her menu!

10/10 will be back and I recommend anyone...
