Ongoing Harassment & Unprofessional Conduct by Parking Attendant. I am writing to formally report a recurring and escalating issue with one of your parking attendants who is stationed at the racetrack location near my residence. This is now my second negative encounter with this particular individual, and the situation has gone from unprofessional to outright hostile. Today, the attendant was aggressively antagonizing residents and visitors, including myself. He was cursing loudly, yelling at people to “get your ass back in the car,” and repeatedly blocking deliveries meant for residents—something he has no authority to do. He even stood in front of people’s vehicles, causing unnecessary tension and safety concerns. This behavior is not only unacceptable but potentially dangerous. This Guys name is supposedly Austin told to me by another parking attendant who was actually trying to calm...
Read moreCame to a concert here (which is super random and never happens) and it was the most unorganized thing I've ever been to, and I've been to thousands of concerts. All us locals know this as the fairgrounds, so add in the new soccer stadium and new roads, and take away barns...well we have no clue where we are or where to go. Which would dictate the need for signage or at least someone standing to point the way.
That does not exist. No signage, a bunch of lost cars making U turns until we all finally found a parking lot which charged $5. Literally no direction to get in, get parked and get to the right place. Very shoddy. How hard is it to print a paper with an arrow? God, I'm starting to hate Nashville. Also this stage set up is super weird on the speedway behind the fence.. weirdest show I've ever been to. And I'm sure there won't be another...
Read moreThe atmosphere is AMAZING. If u can deal with rednecks that are respectable. $10 each person for 5+ races and sit anywhere available. Great show, and the promoter Tony (forgot his last name) enjoys involving the crowd in activities between races. Highly recommend to ANYONE who is looking for some good family fun. Due to its colorful past, the Fairground Board (including the work of big racing names like Darrel Waltrip, Rusty Wallace, Earnhardt family) has brought it back from a cespool to a VERY family friendly pace to visit. Given that it is a working progress and it isnt the best looking suroundings, local racers will not let it end up like Nashville Superspeedway. Anyone can enter their personal car in a race if it meets requirements of the officials. This place is truely an interesting piece...
