The clues were there from the day I bought the car. The body of the car had dents and blemishes that were obscured by the ad, and they didn't say anything about it when I told them I was driving from Indiana to buy the car. The car was not cleaned inside, and they said they had let a friend drive it to Murfreesboro and said he drove it over 120mph. Fine, whatever, I drove to Tennessee to get the car, and I needed it to drive to Arizona so I didn't bother fighting with them over this small stuff. However, I get to Arizona and two weeks later they still haven't mailed the title. I call them and we finally get the title in the mail, and it is scheduled to arrive 2 days before my temporary 30 day dealer plate expires. That day comes, and the title gets returned because they never included my apartment number on the address. After telling Sean at Music City Rides the problem, he complains about the situation (that he caused) and then says he doesn't want to overnight the title because it would cost him $70, and apparently doesn't care that my car's plate is expiring. I end up having to go to the MVD and get a temporary registration while I get the title sorted out. I finally do get the title, and take it back to the MVD to register it. They ask for the bill of sale, which I provide. Now the name of the dealership on the bill of sale doesn't match the Title. It turns out it is two different names for the same company, but the Arizona MVD doesn't care. I have to get a "One and the Same" form filled out and notarized by the dealership saying they are the same. I contact Sean again, he basically tells me (Edit: he told me I shouldn't have shown them the bill of sale, and then nothing for two days. Then he said nothing again when I contacted him again two days later. He responded within minutes of posting this review, however and had always responded within hours previously). He has since sent an updated bill of sale which I guess I'll have to go spend another two hours at the MVD just to find out if they will accept it or not. This is certainly not what the MVD asked me to provide, and not what I asked him...
Read moreI have a unique experience to share. I am a single Mom that was looking for a used BMW for my daughter for her 16th birthday. I saw a BMW I was interested in while driving by Music City Rides. I text the number on the sign because I was needing to be discret due to the pending surprise. I ended up working with Gigi and he was so very helpful. I met Gigi at the dealership on a Sunday which was so nice that made time to come meet me. I bought a car that day and took it home to SURPRISE my daughter. She loved it! About two to three weeks later we brought the car back to Gigi at his request to fix a few things that we discussed when I bought the car. While he had the car, one of his mechanics/employees took the car to test drive it to make sure everything was fixed and the car got totalled. I was so upset but Gigi said he would take care of eveything and get us a newer model with less miles and he did just that!!! He got her a car that was 2 years newer and about 50,000 less miles and no extra cost. During the time he was looking for her a car he even gave her a car to drive. He has been so helpful and understanding of a woman/Mom that doesn't know much about cars. I would highly recommend them! He is helping me with my car that has had trouble now!! I am very THANKFUL for Gigi and Music City Rides/Car and Truck...
Read moreThis place is top of the line. Service is unparalleled and the guys working there really take pride in taking good care of people.
I purchased a 2012 Mercedes E350 from these guys about 15 months ago and I got the vehicle for roughly 12k under the book price. I used my credit union to finance. I wasn't sure if what they were telling me was truthful because it seemed to good to be true. But, when I took the Bill of Sale to my credit union, they said that the price was so competitive that I wouldn't even need additional G.A.P. insurance because a total loss would pay for the car plus some!!
On top of that, I took the car in for its Service B, plus replacement of pads and rotors on all 4 of the tires about 9 months after I had the car. They did the job for under $1,000 which resulted in eventual perfect resolution. At that point, I knew that the price they told me was what it cost them without a whole lot of up-charge.
I recently took my car back for an oil change. Both guys remembered who I was, were courteous, and got the job done within a few hours while I worked out at the gym up the street. Can't say enough about these guys; quality people with great prices and the right attitude about selling cars.
Highly,...
