I used to love going to this location, the cashiers were always so nice. The last two times I have been there a African American man has checked me out. This first time I got several gift cards besides my groceries. I could tell he was having a hard time getting them to go through. As I was leaving he shouted out if any of the cards don't work bring them back and I'll get a refund. Really? what if I give it to someone out of town and they're going to the movies on the card I gave them and when they get to the window they find the card wasn't activated? How embarrassing for them and for me! when he was checking out my itemss all the people in past separate the items that could be crushed from the other items. He just threw them all in not looking where they went. I had to actually get beside my cart and grab them to separate them while he was throwing them in.
Second time, same guy. Had a cart at the end of the lane like always and when my order was in he asked me very rudely to push my cart at the end of the lane. Well, he didn't push the cart with my groceries away enough for me to put my empty cart at the end of the lane and acted like he wanted me to come around and get it so he wouldn't have to get up. When I didn't do what he wanted he gave me an angry look.
I have been shopping at Aldis for years and love it but I walk in and he's there I'm going to turn around and leave. He is MEAN. There's another African American woman who is always so nice and I just love to see her because we always have a little talk while she's checking out my groceries.
Shouldn't have to deal with a horrible employee when I"M...
Read moreI was absolutely appalled by what I witnessed during my visit today. The blonde cashier’s behavior was beyond unacceptable — it was downright disgraceful. She was blatantly rude to several customers, including an elderly man she snapped at, telling him to “hurry up” in the most disrespectful, heartless tone I’ve ever heard from someone working with the public.
What infuriated me even more was how she treated the next customer — gave them dirty looks the entire time, and even shoved their cart without a word. Who acts like that? It was aggressive and completely uncalled for. It’s shocking that someone like that is even allowed to be on the floor representing this store.
If management has any standards at all, they need to deal with this immediately. No one — absolutely no one — should be treated with that level of hostility just for shopping. Disgusted doesn’t even begin...
Read moreI wish that aldi had fresher produce? They have a lot of good healthy food options at affordable prices, but a lot of the time fresh things will go bad so quickly, or its already old and they arent removing old produce from the shelves. I keep going back because the prices are really all i can afford, but u have to be paying close attention not to buy produce thats already overripe. They do have good quality meat. I do go to Aldi very frequently for a lot of things and they have a good selection of low prices on healthy foods that sustain me in Nashville's ever increasing prices on literally everything. Aldi is a staple in our community! They also have a lot of good quality non-food items that are super affordable & always random cool finds in the non-food section such as home goods, clothes, shoes, PLANTS, coffee makers, dishes. 10/10 would...
