Crystal Auto Sales Inc — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

Do not do business with this place. I bought a truck from here back in March. We noticed some of the lights were out, wiper blades need to be replaced badly(falling apart), and the ac wasn’t working properly. We asked that as a condition of buying the truck these small things be fixed. The seller reassured me that these would be taken care of, specifically by stating “check my google reviews, they’re good, we will take care of it”. Don’t trust them, if you get it fixed do it before you give them anything besides a deposit. That was in March. I had to replace the wiper blades myself. The AC is still not fixed. I had to fix the lights myself. I had taken it back a week or two after purchase for them to fix the lights. Well the mechanic at the time actually took a part out of the aftermarket lights that we needed for the lights to operate properly and said “we don’t need that”, I asked are you sure and he said “yeah it’s just for aftermarket lights” which they are and we did need. So they ordered new lights, which they didn’t have to do in the first place if they knew what they were doing. Got the new lights in and as stated he was supposed to fix it. $410 later I had it fixed myself because I got tired of him not having a mechanic anymore. When asked to be reimbursed for what they promised they would do they fought back on it stating that they did fix it by buying the lights, again they never had to do that in the first place. Whoever is running this place really needs to take a long hard look at his staff. Also they blatantly ignored me when I would text them about this issue and didn’t realize that I can see they read the messages and just didn’t respond. The guy is also never there magically. Every time I called for two months I got “oh he’s not here, he’ll be in this day”. Call on that day and he’s not there. This is not how you should treat or act towards your clients who have spent thousands of dollars at your business. Will never do business here or refer them again. I’ve sent multiple friends of mine there when they were looking for trucks. Will not be doing that anymore. Like you said “check my google reviews” so just thought I would leave...

I'm only going with a 3 because I bought the car yesterday and Shabir was great to work with, the notes are good, the down payment was fair and also purchased a 1 year warranty. I test drove my 2013 Nissan Altima SL, the car is very clean, with all the bells and whistles and I did research before going to the lot because I lost my husband 7 months ago, and my father almost 2 weeks ago, therefore I checked on the owners and salvage history. Because of my father and husband, I knew what to look for, during the test drive I did find some minor issues, brakes squealing, and upon acceleration the car has a shake from the back after about 50 mph, and the passenger side headlight only works on bright. I told them about the issues, and they offered to keep the car and do the repairs and I could come back next week. That would have been the best thing to do, but because of personal issues I needed the car over the weekend. Now, I'm only posting now instead of after the repairs because I've seen great reviews, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable without any pressure, BUT because of the last review from Chris I wanted to be sure this was documented and in hopes of Crystal Auto to keep their word and continue to live up to the reviews! After the necessary repairs have been done, then I will come back and update my review! This is not to bash anyone, only to make sure everyone in the transaction is aware and willing to take accountability and responsibility because this is how we can all continue to have great reviews. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes and sometimes things just happen, but we can also learn from them as well, I'm looking forward to working with Crystal Auto because of the experience I had and to continue to have! We had an excellent experience with Crystal Auto Sales. We just purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from them.

Wais as well as the owner (whose name I'm blanking on, I'm sorry!) were professional, trustworthy, and kind, never pushing us to do anything we were not comfortable with. And the price was almost too good to be true!

We were grateful they allowed us to take the van to our auto body shop for an inspection before purchasing, and we were even more thankful to find out the car was in excellent condition. We knew they needed to fix the air before we could purchase, and when that process took longer than expected, they did not sell the car to anyone else and held it for us even though we had not put down a deposit. We appreciated that they told us not to put down a deposit, because it would be non-refundable and they didn't want to take our money before they knew if they could fix the air problem.

Since purchasing we have brought the van to our car shop for a tune-up and they again confirmed that everything looks good. It can be really stressful to shop for a used car, particularly when you don't know much about cars, but Crystal Auto Sales made it as smooth and as easy as possible, and we were able to stay within our budget, too. The cherry on top was on the last day when we came to pick up the van, they were extraordinarily kind to our son and he's still talking about it.
