I walked into this establishment, which I have been doing for the past couple of years.
I am greeted by a woman who says they have different owners now and asked what service I wanted to get. I looked at the menu and decided on a 60-minute chair massage (it is advertised as a service provided). She asked if I wanted a table massage instead. I told her no, because I have another appt I was going to after this one and did not feel like getting undressed. She told me she would only do the 30-minute chair massage. I agreed to that, bc whatever.
So then she told me that because there are different owners that they are requiring payment up front. I found that strange because, I have been to TONS of establishments for massages (even this one) and have NEVER been required to pay up front. I told her that I would do it, but I would not be tipping until the end, because I need to experience the service in order to know what tip I am going to give.
So now we are starting the 30-minute chair massage. Her whole demeanor was off putting, to say the least. She clearly did NOT want to do the chair massage. She was rushed, and sloppy in delivery. She kept rubbing on my neck/spine bone. I told her it hurt and that she was on a bone. She did not care and kept on. Every time the phone rang, she stepped away. Any time someone walked in - she stepped away. She kept talking about how she was not very good at these chair massages, and I should have gotten a table massage.
My 30-minute time was complete - and she stopped. She did not take into account she LEFT the massage SEVERAL times during the session. She stopped exactly 30 minutes from the time she started. I understand that she needed to take care of the front, but I paid for a 30-minute massage and received 20, at best.
We go to the front when it is time for me to leave. She picks up my receipt and says "what, no tip??" I was SO shocked that she even had to NERVE to say that I couldn't speak. Typically, even in a bad situation, I will give a small tip, because this is how they make their money. But her having the audacity to question me about it before I even had a chance to say anything was over the top. She walked away angry.
I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for a paying customer. I used to love this place. I will never spend...

My lower back groaned all morning, every since I cracked a bleary eye on weak sunlight, so I went for a massage. Only my fifth or sixth since discovering they are freely available to those that can shell out thirty or forty clams to get kneaded and stretched.
I'm always afraid I'm going to wander into a seedy joint with ID Glide instead of just oils, but when Mun-Ye went to work, I could have cared less. I was fully clothed, and I was face down in a chair, so she couldn't really get up to much mischief. When she ran her elbow down my spine to the end of my coccyx, I thought I'd die with pleasure. For a moment I thought she'd prod lower! She need not bother, her course was rapture enough. Her deft attention made up for her digging viciously over my scapula, although she said I needed it to ease the tight kinks- the press of her swells against my side, her fingers stretching the muscles in my hands, her fists pounding untouched flesh, her velvet wrist grazing the back of my ear. Thirty seven...

Parking was hassle-freeāplenty of space and no extra fees, which is always a plus. While there was a slight language barrier, pricing was transparent, and communication was smooth enough to get everything set up without issue.
Overall, I left feeling much better and would consider returning. If you're looking for a well-priced, accommodating massage, this spot is worth...
