I brought my Pomeranian in here for the first time based on another persons recommendation. I was able to get him in for a next day full groom appointment. I am VERY particular and nervous about bringing him anywhere, and when I walked in I was instantly at ease after meeting the owner and his daughter. They were so kind and the owner obviously knew what he was talking about when it comes to grooming different breeds. It took about 3.5 hours and my boy looks AMAZING. They did such a great job and he ran out happy. Not only that, the price was super fair. It’s a bit of drive for me, but I will definitely be taking my pup back there and recommending them. Yall... why do they have my dog looking like he's getting ready for a dog show competition? His ears are so freaking clean! And those paws.. looking way professional! Looking so good I don't even want him walking on the ground! And that cut, my goodness! Somebody must have majored in Geometry with these angles! This was our first time at Pampered Paws and we are so impressed! We’ve had so many bad experiences getting our Ausssiedoodle groomed over the years, so it is so refreshing to have a kind, caring, talented groomer in our own neighborhood! The staff is wonderful, pricing is exactly what I’m willing to pay for quality service. We were also pleased with how quickly he was ready. At times, we’ve waited over 4 hours for lousy service, and Pampered Paws had him in and out in 3 hours and his cut is exactly what we asked for!
