I order a number 7 with a Doritos taco, meat and cheese only. I have been ordering it from this taco Bell location every time I visit for over a year now. Never had a real issue. When I asked for meat and cheese only the employee working the window asked me what I thought was "Do you want your quesadilla soft?" Very confused by this question, I asked her to repeat her question, to which I got the same answer, what I heard was "Do you want your quesadilla soft?" My husband and I stared at each other unable to understand why she would be asking this. Apparently we were not answering her in a timely enough way because she snapped, and in an obviously aggervated and condesending tone told the two of us what comes on a quesadilla and how it is made and at that point I understood that she was asking us if we wanted sauce on the quesadilla. We said yes, and when we got our food I decided to call the store and inform a manager of what had happened. Except when I called and asked to speak with the one in charge on shift, I was treated with the same rude and condescending behavior I had experienced from the employee working the drive thru. At this point I no longer believed I was speaking with a manager, or if I was then she shouldn't be in that position, and I asked for her name and if she was the general manager of the store or just the manager the shift. At that point she told me that she never said she was the manager, and argued the point with me, and when I asked again for her name she simply said "Last name Bell" I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. And my quesadilla...
Read moreFor decades Taco Bell has been a reliable staple for fast, tasty, affordable food. I can always count on Taco Bell. Today was no exception, their new street tacos are out of this world fantastic. But the real cherry on top, the thing that made this visit stand out more than any other, was the service. You see, there was a very nice, young lady that took my order. She had an infectious smile. She was positively radiating good energy. They had apparently been busy and quite backed up all day and the young lady admitted to me that several employees were on the raggedy edge. I told her to take her time, I was in no rush. The gentleman that was at the end of the food making line recognized me, smiled and shouted out a greeting. I returned the greeting and the young lady kept making small talk in between helping out. The food came out (maybe took a little longer than usual but not bad in the slightest) and the staff wished me well. Now here was the part that really stuck out to me. I also had a long day and was ready to be sitting comfortably with my boots off, but I found myself considering sitting down and eating there simply because of the atmosphere. Because those employees refused to let a hard day affect their attitudes I contemplated hanging around just to enjoy the company of the staff. I think something like that needs to be recognized in a world where people are getting less and less courteous.
So to the the staff of Taco Bell in Hermitage, TN , next to the Walmart, thank you for making my night. God...
Read moreLet me start by mentioning the good, before the bad. The cashier Ben was very polite, friendly, fast, and punctual. The restaurant was clean. Service was quick. Now the negatives, the food was wrong. Completely wrong. I ordered two boxes, my order #263. No altercation to the orders (extra this, no that). A cook came up and tossed a bag on the counter, then called order 262. One bag, the wrong order number, my name wasn't called. No reason to think it's my order. After some time had passed, the manager all what I was waiting on (in a perfectly nice way). I told her what I ordered, after asking the kitchen workers where my order was at, the worked showed her the bag he'd tossed on the counter. After words, that I don't care to post, were said. The manager returned the counter. She said it was my food. I told her I ordered two boxes and my order number did not match that bag. She told me "We'll it's just here up in this bag". I told told her again my order number didn't match and I ordered two boxes. She said "I can give you two boxes to put eht in". Tired of dealing with this location I took the food and walked out. I knew the order probably wasn't right, it wasn't. This location has disappointed me so many times I actually have to express how bad this location is on quality and service. The last 4 trips to this location have made me just stop visiting this location completely. I'm done, I am sick of paying full price for terrible service over...
